They provided excellent service and I was very pleased with what they did. I would call them again.

It is certainly my fault for allowing this company to take advantage of me the way they did. I don't have so much of a problem with their service or caliber of the person they sent to perform the service. They sold me a Marantec 4700 for $499. They claim their normal price is $599. I can't find this online for more than $199. This horrendous markup can only lead me to believe they probably do the same for the cost of springs and cables, which amounted to $150. In addition, they charged their full service call fee in addition to full installation costs. My conversation with management was a debacle. They couldn't explain away anything. I was left with an awful, absolutely awful taste from this transaction. I can't imagine the circumstances in which I will use this company again. The "D" for professionalism is for the poor way that they attempted to resolve this, not for the actual service onsite.

Excellent service. Service tech arrived less than an hour after I called on a Saturday. Very professional. The job was done in less than an hour. Pointed out the overall condition of the door, but didnt try to sell me more than I needed. Overall - very happy with the results.

Their tech, Ray, convinced me to replace all springs, cables, and rollers on the garage door at my 1996-built rental. My husband had called them Sunday and they came out Tuesday. I didnt know details of his call until LATER: hed told them one spring had broken & one roller MIGHT be bad, and was quoted $139 for the spring + an unknown small amount for one roller. Ray told me that once one spring goes, the other will soon; that the cables were flimsy & one off its runner; that the rollers looked pretty bad and should be replaced. I agreed verbally that all this would cost $500 or so. He did the work, THEN had me initial the Request to Perform Work and sign the receipt w. outline of work performed. Out of hurry (tenants could not open door) & inexperience I did NOT call my husband to check what theyd said in the Sunday coversation, so I agreed to all this; but now I know most was not needed, I feel somewhat bait-and-switched, and its left a bad taste about Precision.

Precision took my call early in the evening on a Friday. The repair person was out the following day. The other company I called never bothered to call back The repair person obviously knows his business and took great care in explaining what was needed to not only repair the door, but make it safe. He had all the parts needed and made the repairs on the spot.

I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE WORK, BUT I STRENUOUSLY OBJECT TO BEING RIPPED OFF! AFTER CALLING HIS OFFICE & TRYING TO COLLECT $45 INSTEAD OF $101 (HE SAID IT WAS THEIR COST - NONSENSE!) HE FINALLY GAVE UP & LEFT REMOTE FREE OF CHARGE. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

THERE WAS NO PROBLEM WITH THE QUALITY OF THE WORK, BUT I FOUND OUT THAT I WAS RIPPED OFF BECAUSE I COULD HAVE GOTTEN THE SAME WORK DONE FOR $299, INSTALLED, WITH TWO REMOTES. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

I WAS CHARGED A SERVICE CHARGE OF OVER $50.00 WHEN THEY COULDN'T EVEN REPAIR THE OPENER. THIS WAS JUST TO COME OUT AND GIVE AN ESTIMATE FOR THE JOB. IN THE PAST I HAVE HAD THEM INSTALL A NEW DOOR AND AN OPENER AND THEY DID A NICE JOB FOR THIS. I WOULD REFER THEM FOR NEW WORK, BUT NOT FOR REPAIR UNLESS YOU KNOW THAT THEY CAN FIX IT FOR SURE AND THAT IT WILL BE MORE THAT $50-80.

THIS COMPANYS SERVICE CHARGE IS $39.95 IF YOU MENTION THEIR AD IN THE YELLOW PAGES. SINCE IT WAS A SMALL REPAIR NO OTHER CHARGES WERE ADDED. SOME ONE ELSE HAD QUOTED $120!

MARK HAD THE NEW DOOR INSTALLED AND OPERATIONAL IN ONE MORNING. EXPLANATIONS OF THE FEATURES AND HOW TO USE THEM WERE EXCELLENT.

THEY HAVE SAME DAY SERVICE WHICH SAVED ME!! I COULDNT GET OUT OF MY GARAGE. GOOD PRICES ON THE SPRINGS AND LABOR WAS VERY FAIR PRICED.
