The workman was efficient and knowledgeable.

They were great working on my wishes to schedule after hours. Tune up went extremely well and would hire them again should the need arise.

No sales pressure; the tech explained to me the fact that the cheaper option may not work, but he offered to do it anyway. He left it completely up to me to decide whether I wanted to go the more expensive route of replacing the door. I did opt to replace the door, which was performed on time. My only complaint is that when the trim was installed, he left a 1/4 inch gap, and I had to call him back to fill it up. Also, the door is a little noisier that I expected it to be, which may be function of the fact that I got the cheap stuff.

They did a good job performing what they said I needed. It cost me $900..00. I'm almost afraid to hire anyone else from Angies List because of the bate and switch. I'm afraid if I have my airconditioning checked, they will find everything wrong eventhough I have it checked every 6 months. Being a single senior citizen leaves us vulnerable.

i was disappointed that the guy didn't seem to really want to listen to things about the garage door i wanted him to check, other than yeah, it goes up and down.....it turned out his company (not him) had installed the system a few years ago....i also wanted to buy an additional opener or two, but since he was in such a hurry, i didn't feel like giving him my business....which is too bad....

It went well from start to finish and he improved the door's function immensely.

He showed up on time and told me what access he needed. He told me what was right and wrong with the door. He was right on the money and I would use them again in the future. He showed me a couple tricks to keep it in good shape.

Everything went well. The guy who did the work showed up on time, was polite and explained what he was doing. Garage door works much better (quieter) after this service.

He arrived on time and went right to work, and finished up in a reasonable amount of time. He explained what he was doing and why. He cleaned up after himself and left the garage in goodshape.

When technicians arrived, they didn't know about the deal. I had to explain it to them and show the printed certificate. Apparently, the company "does a lot of coupon advertising" and the techs aren't advised in advance what they're supposed to do. All work was performed, but boy was there high pressure sales along with it! They tried to convince me that my springs were going to fail any minute, door wasn't properly balanced, struts were lacking, etc... My house is only a little over 5 years old, and I hadn't been experiencing any problems whatsoever - so I declined (despite the ominous predictions) to pay the extra 650.00 for the really good deal to do everything I needed ;)

Technician was very professional, explained everything in detail, and was very helpful. Garage doors sound good, locks work great and the wiring was shown to me so I could see the rodent had his/her meal!!

Technician brought to our attention that door was extremely unsafe and not to use. Springs too small for weight of door and block of wood that hold the opener is cracked. Safety features that stop the door if anything is any the way do not work. He wrote an estimate for repair, now we hope the landlord will repair it. Will use the company in the future. After having the issues reviewed by several other door companies, the springs are not too small and the safety features all work on this door. The wood plate that braces the opener and the springs above the garage door is cracked and will have to be replaced. I feel this company was trying to sell us on an expensive job that did not need to be done. We are not even sure the door was maintenanced correctly as we had stepped back into the house and did not supervise him completing the job.

Entire work took ten minutes.

Nice guy with lots of knowledge about garage doors and pointed to the other garage door and what was wrong with it. He took all the noise out of the garage door opening and closing.

They didn’t charge anything. They are a great company. If they quote something and it needs an upgrade, they stick with the quoted price. They respond quickly.

Made appointment for him to come out Came out on time and gave an estimate, explaining what was wrong with old system and the cost of repairing with the cost of replacing with updated and upgraded technologyl I agreed to replacement and price and he set about to replace it on the spot. I paid. He left instructions and answered my questions. The opener is a great improvement. It works smoothly and quietly. I'm very happy with the new opener.

I do not believe I received the value for money paid, would not buy this offer again.

My garage door was not closing properly so I thought it needed a tune-up. When precision sent out their guy, he inspected it and let me know that the gear inside the motor was shot. He talked me into a new unit and applied the $99 tuneup deal that I had purchased. He also lubed up all the wheels and made sure it was all working properly. He had all the materials needed on his truck and was done quickly. I was pleased with the quality of work, materials used, and his professionalism. I would use Precision again.

The deal advertised included roller replacement AND tune up. The tech replaced the rollers and said the door didn't need a tune up and refused to do travel or other adjustments. He did recommend we replace the whole door because of a puncture to the steel.

I forgot about the orginal appointment was 6 weeks earlier, because it was two days prior to my brother's death. This company showed great compassion in excusing my oversight and rescheduling their arrival. Later, I visited the sales office to discuss the deterioration of the door itself, and selected a new door to include in the service. An estimator came to my home to assess the situation, and the whole assembly was replaced the following week. The whole experience was excellent.
