I was told in detail what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. My original assumption with the problem was wrong. I was glad a knowledgeable person was able to help me for a reasonable cost.

Very well. Technician actually performed a very small amount of work, just a basic tune up. Really couldn't see where anyone in that business could have done a bad job or screwed up such simple tasks. Simply didn't have time to do it myself.

The technician arrived on time. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. He replaced the rollers on the garage door and adjusted the tension.

Tech came and lubed the door and gave me a list of everything he thought needed repairing and said the $39.99 would be applied to the repair if I got the work done while he was there. I declined any additional work.

It went very well, but I thought his price was a little high for the spring replacement. We decided not to have it done at this time.

Most impressed with the appointment booking - done online on a Sunday night and within minutes we were emailed with some questions and an appointment made for the following day between 5pm and 7pm. About 6:45pm Monday, the technician called to say he was on his way as he had just keyed our address into his GPS and should be another half hour. At 7:50pm, a gentlemen showed up in a private vehicle stating that he was late as his company truck had broken down. He took a look at the door and offered two solutions of which I chose one. He said that without his truck, he did not have the parts but would arrive the following day (Tuesday, October 30) "around the same time" to complete the job. Today is November 27 and the technician still has not shown up nor called to explain why they have decided not to do this job. In the meantime, we contacted another firm who completed the job to our complete satisfaction on the day of the appointment.

I had some parts that were broken on the garage door. They fixed it and gave me a year guarantee. I thought were great.

We purchased the Garage Door Tune-Up Big Deal because we recently bought our home and realized that the garage door didn't shut properly (we could see daylight around the door and it didn't quite shut fully). The service professional was VERY knowledgeable (over a decade of work in the field) and didn't push to up-sell us on other services. He did give a thorough evaluation of the issues that he saw with our door, as well as an estimate on what those repairs would cost and how long we should have before we would really need to make additional repairs. Now our garage door shuts quietly and properly (no daylight around the top or sides and it reaches to the floor). We are very satisfied with the service we received! And when the time comes to make those additional repairs, we look forward to using this company again!

The technician spend at least an hour and a half working through the minor details of attention that my door required. He also gave me some helpful DIY tips so that I can do my own preventative maintenance if I desired.
