The entire experience was excellent. Sean visited our home the first time to provide us with a thorough quote. He answered all of our questions and provided useful information. After we decided to go with DunRite, Sal and Sean came back to do the measuring and finalizing of the plan. Sal was very reassuring and said they would basically handle everything without incident. Between the signing of the contract and the actual installation, I did have some questions and I was able to use email to get those answered. They were responsive and helpful each time. I was also concerned that they may not be able to handle installing the fancy keyless locks we chose but Sal assured me it wouldn?t be a problem. When the installation date arrived, JJ and Doug showed up on time and with great attitudes. They took care of everything down to cleaning up every last bit of dust and debris. I love our new doors. They are exactly what we ordered and installed beautifully. I would gladly use DunRite again.

By now the over 40 year old windows at my home rattled in any gust of wind, were woefully inefficient to heat or cold, and seemed downright flimsy. They didn't look so great either. Wanted energy efficient dual pane windows that were sturdy, and attractive to match style of previously installed sliding glass patio doors. Have had the typical surly, hard sell, and get it wrong contractors before, so DunRite was a refreshing change. Salesperson (Sal), was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and provided professional follow-up. Installers (prompt) worked efficiently and carefully, and were courteous. Product fit. Items were caulked and sealed. From my experience, a good company to do business with.

Sal and his crew are great to work with. The installers were friendly and professional. Everything was cleaned up after they were done.

My wife and I hired DunRite Windows and Doors to replace the sliding door on our 1960's ranch. It was important to us that the product compliment the original aesthetics of the home, but also have the energy-saving characteristics of modern materials. Saul researched various product lines from an array of manufacturers, then came to our home and shared his findings in person. (He brought samples so we could see first-hand the various materials used.) He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He took accurate measurements and made special notes to the installers to preserve the original interior trim, per our request. We placed our order for an Ambassador Series 8900 sliding door. It took a couple of weeks for the door to be built by the manufacturer. (It was custom-made for proper fit.) Once complete, the installers came to our home. They were professional, friendly and tidy. They put down tarps to protect our floors. They removed the old sliding door and assembled/installed the new one in under 2 hours! They removed all the debris and cleaned the area. The door was properly insulated and caulked, and it looks great and works perfectly. I would not hesitate to recommend DunRite Windows and Doors to family and friends--They do great work. In fact, my wife and I were so delighted with the results, a little over a week ago we placed another order with them to replace all the windows in our home!

Sal responded quickly and although I was under their minimum he made room in his schedule to come out the next day. The new window installed in my kitchen is perfect and goes with all the other existing windows. The installation team were very professional and friendly, worked quickly and got the window in so that I had virtually no touch-ups to do on the outside or inside. Although I had less expensive bids from others, I would have run the risk of issues at installation and the window would not have matched so well with the existing; its worth paying a bit more with this company.

Sal was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable throughout the entire process of replacing our old doors. The installers, J.J. and Doug were also wonderful and did a great job replacing all of our doors. They even made an adjustment to our front door that had been incorrectly installed by another company in the past. We highly recommend this company to anyone who needs doors replaced. The price was fair and the installation process went very smoothly. Sal even called soon after the job was complete to find out how everything went and to make sure that we were satisfied. As stated above, Sal came out and inspected my current windows. They were about 16 years old and in pretty good shape but he helped me see where some of them were leaking into my walls from the outside. He showed me several products and helped me to compare the quality between each manufacturer and to see how the new windows I selected were superior and would provide improved insulation. He kept me well informed regarding the order process and the schedule of installation. The crew arrived exactly when they said they would and were very professional. They were very careful regarding damage and did a very thorough clean-up after each window was replaced. The new windows were installed in 2 days and the drywall and stucco patch was completed in the next 3 days. All work start to finish completed in 5 days. The new windows are clearly better than the originals and I am very happy with them. I had the same crew at my second home and there was a minor issue on this installation. In this case, in addition to some new windows, I had a new front door installed with a matching Security Screen door. I was able to select a paint color to match the security door and it was painted at the factory. When they arrived, it was clear that my color choice was not a good match. There was some paint damage on the front door that had to be fixed (as a result of the factory packaging the door before the paint had fully cured, it was not the fault of the install crew). Knowing that they had to do some paint touch-up, I asked about a color change fully expecting to pay an added charge to repaint the entire door and the matching trim but Sal immediately stated that they would take care of it with no extra cost to me. This level of customer service is rare and I would recommend DunRite for any of their services.

I am remodeling a house for sale in Phoenix. The home was built in 1976 and I wanted to replace all of the windows and the two slider doors. Sal from Dunrite did a great job. I missed the first appointment because I entered it wrong in my calendar and they were very accommodating and set a second appointment. Sal measured all windows and gave me a great price on replacing all of the glass in the home. Some of the windows were just glass between two wooden sections of molding. Sal reviewed these with me and made recommendations on the best way to replace them with sliding windows and finish the stucco to give a great look. His suggestions worked out great and my old dated 70's house was quickly transformed into the look I was hoping for. Ordering was quick and easy, 50% deposit and the windows arrived and were installed a week later. The communication was stellar and all promises were fulfilled. This is a great company, I almost forgot that they were in the construction business the service was so good! I will definitely use Sal again and they are my new "Window Guys"!

The installers were on time and did a very good job. They left the job site as clean as they found it. I liked that DunRite offers windows from several different companies so there is an excellent selection of different types and styles of windows. They were very good at explaining the differences in materials and construction of the various types of windows.

Saul and his team were great to work with. Even though I was out of their area they gave me great customer service. Saul took his time taking exact measurements, and his team worked hard from the moment they came to install my new windows. They were careful and did a great job cleaning up when they were finished. I highly recommend DunRite windows and doors for your next remodel. Oh and did I say the windows look great!!un

I can't relay enough positive comments on this company. Sal was very knowledgeable, punctual, and professional. He immediately diagnosed the problems with our old door installation. His solution was feasible and price reasonable. The doors were ordered and installed shortly afterwards. The installation crew was prompt, friendly, and considerate. They explained the new functions and left the site immaculate. We've since had a downpour of rain and for the first time in the history of the house we had no leaks. We could not be happier!

They showed up on time and got busy. The door was installed faster than expected and They dealt very well with the unusual circumstances at hand. Cleaned up the mess shook hands and left. As we stand here and look at the new patio door, all We can say is WOW. Better than expected! Great Job!

Sal answered my initial call and arranged to meet the next day. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. The door we selected was the best option and the price was fair. The install team arrived on time as scheduled. They too were professional, efficient, clean and very friendly. Sal is the consummate professional. He is kind, honest, polite and thoughtful. His workers, Craig, JJ and Doug were also super professional and kind and efficient. What a great experience from beginning to end. I ordered high end stuff, and they came thru w/flying colors. Best prices around and Sal kept me informed all along the way. He is a doll and a super professional, Don't go to anyone else for windows!!! They give suggestions but never tell u what to do and u can tell Sal is not trying to "upsell" you in anyway, just an old fashioned honest guy!!!! YAY Dunrite! Loved them!!!

Recently due to storm damage, we needed to have many repairs to our home including window replacement. We joined Angie’s List and arranged for several window companies to come out and give us estimates. DunRite Windows was head and shoulders above the rest. Sal came to our home to show us samples and demonstrate features. Unlike other representatives with “one type fits all” or who tried to talk us into a certain type of window, Sal spent the time to help us determine which type of window was best suited for us. The windows arrived in a timely manner and the installers, J. J. and Doug, were prompt, pleasant, and professional. The windows were installed in no time and looked fabulous! We received a follow-up call from Sal later that day to see how things went and if we had any questions. We could not be happier with the products and service received from DunRite Windows.

Sal is a professional who really knows his business. His price was fair and he did everything he promised in the time frame agreed upon. His workers were punctual, courteous, and capable. They each showed respect and care for our home being very careful to protect things and clean upoafter themselves. As a couple of "discoveries" were made which happens in an old home the guys communicated and presented options for me to make the decision how to move forward. These guys I like alot and will definitely have them back if the need arises!

Sal came out to give us an estimate and we were impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. We called to accept his estimate and he came back and measured, etc. and explained everything to us. We picked the dates (two for install) and JJ and (I think) Doug arrived just when they said they would and completed the work in the two days. They were both polite, did an outstanding job and left everything clean and neat. If we ever need windows again we know whom to call.

Sal came out to meet with us and give us an estimate and was very responsive to all my many, many questions. Once the order was placed, the windows came in quicker than I thought they would. JJ and crew came out to install the windows, were prompt, very courteous, respectful and answered all of our questions. They left the house as clean (probably cleaner) than when they arrived. Dun Rite Windows was absolutely superb! They were very professional and courteous from day one. They are geared to doing a job to meet the customers expectations. They did not use hard sales tactics to get my business, but used professionalism, friendliness and courteousness. From the time they came out to educate me on the numerous types of windows, the purchasing process, the measuring process and through installation, they were awesome! They showed up on time for every single appointment, they answered all of my questions, and definitely back their work. I was very pleased with their work and would use them again and have already told family and friends to use them for their window and door needs. VERY GOOD COMPANY!!!!!!! .

For the installation, Sal and his crew finished the job quicker than I expected. The quality of the work was excellent. Sal communicated very well throughout the entire process. The windows came with lifetime warranty (which can mean nothing to a lot of companies). Recently, I had a very small issue with caulk around one window cracking. Sal, was out within two days to make the repair....no questions asked. This was over two years after the installation.

We have used DunRite/Sal several times over the last two years for our previous and current residences. Always quick to respond, accommodating, informative and professional. Sal comes through every time. Always delightfully pleased with the result.
