+ 4 moreThey did a fantastic job that didn't take very long considering all the work that was done. William (the owner) is very knowledgeable about everything and is very detail oriented. He always tells you exactly what's going on and keeps you well informed.
Description of Work: He and his team remodeled the entire condo.....new windows, doors, kitchen counter tops and cabinets along with replacing everything in both of the bathrooms.

+ 5 moreWe had a heck of a lot of work done. They really did a number on it and it looks great. What stands out most about this company is service. The owner, William Tobias, is a nice person. If you tell him what you want he will give you options including pricing of the various options. His prices are really reasonable. Their pricing was good.
Description of Work: I used Diversified Improvements of Scottsdale to take down all the popcorn ceilings, paint the whole house, including the trim and doors, rip up the old floors, put in new tile, put in new carpet, change out one of the toilets in the bathroom, replace all the baseboards and put in new electrical sockets and plugs.
