This was a new construction home which was supposed to have been cleaned before we moved in. Once we got moved in I started looking for a cleaning service Cleaning Wonders came out to evaluate our home and were able To come out the following week. The tile floors looked awesome when they were done and we could breathe better, the windows looked good. We signed up for biweekly service!

I was so happy for the for the first 3 visits, because I had a member of the A TEAM each time. Then they changed the staff, they switched me to the B- TEAM. The one cleaner who spoke English did not really care about my requests, so after the second visit with her as the lead, I called the owner. After a second attempt to reach her, and over 3 hours, she finally called me back. I was told, with real attitude, that my dissatisfaction was, basically, too bad. She told me she she didn't have anyone else. I fired them and afterwards discovered the the cleaner in the kitchen chipped the lid of an irreplaceable teapot!

I was very impressed with Suzanna and Rosa, very friendly and efficient.

great work for a great price, they even put up with me rescheduling and changing appointments on them without issue! will use again soon!
