3 came instead of 2, so even if the job would take an extra 30 mins they would charge per woman per hr. Regardless if it was 30 extra mins for 1 person, still 90 min fee. Did NOT follow instructions. I had everything laid out on paper. No one understood English & just nodded when I gave them the notes, like they read English! Oven not cleaned, Top of fridge not wiped down, actually entire fridge not wiped down. Loose hair on floors in bathroom & hair that did not belong to me on sink & toilet. I travel & am home 11 days a mth. This should not have been the "feat impossible" Not enough characters to continue, suffice to say I would NOT refer

We chose Ana because she provided the most thorough estimate. She went over everything in detail, even described how they would clean the baseboards and shutters. She works for a flat rate price so you know exactly how much it will cost. So far her girls have come once and did an excellent job. We have them scheduled now for a regular service. If you are not satisfied with the work, Ana says they will come back and fix it.

We were very pleased at the response time. Service was excellent. We will definitely use them again.

I scheduled Cleaning Wonders long distance based on the reference from this site. Ana was wonderful in communicating with me, showing up on time, and sticking to the estimate. This house had not been cleaned properly for a long time. This is a almost 3000 sf house, my mom who is 85 that lives with me since my father passed away, she can't do it anymore so this was a mothers day present so she can just relax. I work 50 plus hours a week. I'm a contractor so I can't do it when I get home. When I got home Wednesday night I was amazed at the great job they did. I called Ana that night to say you have this house to clean forever as long as I own it.

The girls did a very good job and they were careful with everything thing they dusted. Everything sparkled and smelled clean, I liked that. Thank you

Courteous, straightforward with pricing - good price and the maids did an overall good job. I did find a couple of spots in the kitchen that didn't get mopped up, and they forgot to take out the trash in one of the bathrooms, but overall it was a good cleaning. Did an excellent job on the other floors and baseboards.
