I have a section in my roof that is "ponding" and they tried to sell me a new roof.

We selected them off Angie's list for an appointment. Made the appointment for Monday am. 20 minutes before someone was to come they called and cancelled. We had rain damage to the inside of our house in an area from the roof. Sometime later that morning another guy called and said he would come over. He did but never inspected the roof personally to see where the damage was that was creating the leaking. No ladder inspection just stood there and said "it'll be around $2000 to $2500 to fix. Honestly, we don't think they wanted our business.

This company was very quick to respond and did a thorough job with the repair work they performed on my flat roof. They were very courteous and service orientated. After inspecting my roof, they took the time to explain my options. I could not be more pleased and I highly recommend them.

The price was great and they were fast.

It turned out great. I liked the price. It was kind of hard to get in touch with the guys. It took three to four days after the purchase to get them here to do the work. We had a couple of big storms and no leaks so I believe the quality was good.

The job went well. The people are honest and fair and do good work. They were punctual and cleaned up after themselves. The roof was a foam roof that had been neglected and need scraping and resurfacing in quite a few places. The townhouse is about 1600 sf. They sprayed new foam on the entire roof. I would use Circle G again without any reservations at all.

This family company was truly a pleasure to work with. Needed roof repairs completed on house I am selling while living in another state. Joe took pictures of the before and after, daily communication and fair price for work completed. I never had to ask for anything which is rare for me when dealing with companies. Joe emailed, texted and updated me every step of the way. They we prompt, pleasant and attentive to my needs. I would say that not only did they exceeded my expectations, but in my opinion, created a new category for how you run a company and treat a client. You will not be disappointed. Everything went fine with the work, I would recommend them.

A father and 2 sons run the business. They told me they would have to repair spots on the roof before doing the work for the deal. I wanted to think about having them to do that because I may need the roof replaced. I contacted them back out for an estimate to replace the roof. They told me they would either need to repair the roof only or refund the deal. One of the sons who came out said he would not be able to repair the roof for the estimate the father gave me. I did not appreciate them switching pricing on me. The problem here isn't that they couldn't power wash my roof, the problem is that father gave me one price for completely replacing my roof and a son gave me a completely different price.

Joe arrived on schedule and inspected the roof area where the broken tile is located. After a close inspection of the area in question, Joe told me only one tile is needing to be replaced. Since this is a very small task, to keep my cost down to replace one tile, Joe told me to get a handyman to do the work. That's was a very professional thing to do, thank you Joe. If I need roof work, in the future, I will call Circle G Roofing.

Provided estimate for repairs. We didn't go with estimate because we found out we still had warranty from company that previously repaired roof. He spent a lot of time and was thorough. We would use again.

This is a Phoenix-based provider. and a family owned and run company (father, son, son-in-law). They come to Tucson often and I was lucky they here in town the day I called. They came right away to give the estimate. They had advertised a discount through Angie's List for roof coating...I originally thought the roof only needed to be coated and have one repair done. However, it was a far bigger job than I expected. Unfortunately, they wouldn't extend the "deal" for the roof coating part of the problem; that was a disappointment. Anyway, they rushed to get the job scheduled and finished before a storm blew in which I greatly appreciated. They showed up right on time, worked quickly, and didn't leave a mess behind. Very polite and efficient. I would consider using them again.

Contacted us the same day and set up an appointment for the roof inspection. Mr. Gordon arrived promptly to preform the inspection. Since my husband was not here he took pictures to show me the condition of the old roof. They would not be able to power wash because of the condition of the roof but offered the option to repair or replace. We choose the new roof. They were able to schedule the work within the next week to accommodate my husband's work schedule. The work was completed in two days as promised. Mr. Gordon was here the entire time and my husband was able to be up on the roof with the workers. They were very considerate about the clean up and did a very thorough job, even cleaning up the yard around the house. Presently we are having trouble with the roof draining properly, because it is a flat roof there are area where the water is pooling and not draining. I contacted Mr. Gordon and a crew was out within a week to inspect the problem. They did some work but we will have to wait for it to rain so that they can see where the pooling is occurring. They seem willing to do what is needed to correct this problem and we are presently working with them.

They responded promptly and owner's son came out. Said my roof was in such disrepair that he would not recommend the power wash deal. He offered to reimburse the $59 fee. He also gave me a quote to fix the roof and I asked for the proposal in writing. Unfortunately, after 10 days I still don't have the reimbursement or the offer in writing.

Mr. Gordon was on time, early in fact. He inspected the roof, diagnosed the problem, suggested I fix it myself, and told me how to do it. He didn't try to convince me to replace a whole section of roofing to fix one small leak, as so many other contractors have done. He also told me the rest of my roof was in good shape, and that it wouldn't need to be replaced for many years. This also contrasts with the other roofing contractors that I have spoken with who give doomsday scenarios of imminent roof failure which are obviously designed to scare you into early replacement of a roof that still has lots of life in it. Never showed for appointment in Scottsdale. He made the appointment for just 3 hours after we spoke. Never showed up, never called. I called him as I was waiting at the property and he said "I forgot about you. I'm in Glendale now. Sorry."

We never had a flat roof before and we were afraid it would leak. We didn't have any problem with them at all. They came and did what they said they were going to do. We were happy.

They came out right away and did a very thorough evaluation and estimate. He gave me a variety of options, and he gave me a great price for just getting the whole thing taken care of, which is what I did. Five of them showed up Monday morning and got it taken care of. I was really pleased and I highly recommend them. They were very client-oriented.

Leveling of low spots, re-configured drainage at the scuppers & re-coated the flat roof of our home. Very well qualified & very professional services. Completely cleaned up & removed all debris from the yard & driveway. Excellent service. Previous roofer left areas that were collecting water, due to low spots. They also left the scuppers not draining correctly. Circle G provided the service to remedy these situations.

Called and spoke with Joe Gordon (senior) to have someone come out and look at our flat roof to give us feedback on its overall condition and provide a quote on applying 2 coats of Elastomeric roof coating. Joe's son, Jimmy, came out and looked at the roof and informed us that the roof's overall condition was good, but there were some low areas where water could collect. He proposed filling in any low areas with foam so that the roof would be level and thus allow water to properly drain and not collect in pools. After patching and filling in the low spots with foam, the entire roof would have 2 coats of Elastomeric coating applied. This seemed like a good plan and we scheduled the job for the following week. The job was completed without any hitches or drama. The crew showed up on time and worked diligently and carefully. At one point, Joe, junior,(the owner's eldest son) showed up to check to see how the job was progressing. At the end of the day, Joe, senior, the owner also showed up to check on the job at completion. To say that I was pleased with the job and the results would be an understatement - I was extremely pleased. Joe, Joe, Jr., Jimmy and the entire work crew not only met my expectations, but exceeded them. I totally recommend, without reservation, Circle G Roofing to anyone needing their roof repaired or replaced. You will be impressed with the integrity, responsiveness and knowledge of the owners (Joe, Sr., Joe, Jr., and Jimmy Gordon) as well as the skill, diligence and work ethic of the crew.

I asked for an appointment on the 2nd of the month but didn't get service until the 22nd. I repeatedly asked them to call me but only got text messages, each saying they were unavailable. When we finally made an appointment there was a family emergency so it was cancelled. When he finally showed up, he was an hour early and I was asleep and not ready for him. He pointed out problems on my roof and told me his polyurethane foam spray coating was the only solution: $4,000 for a small area. He told me I needed to replace 2 skylights when a skylight specialist had been here a few months ago and said they were in good shape. He pointed out to me that he is the specialist, not me, so solutions I suggested, such as taking up the white coating and tar paper and putting on a new roof, were not the solution. He was there to sell his product, not to help me out.

I'd had some problems with leaks in the past but was able to control them by patching. With the heavy rains this summer, I realized that I needed to do a more thorough job. I called four roofing companies and decided to go with Circle G because they gave me the lowest bid. (FYI, the other companies said they would strip off the old foam, do any needed repairs, and then rebuild the roof from scratch--so Circle G was cheaper because it was less complicated) This is a small, family-owned business which is good because the person who did the estimate also did the work. The downside to a small business is that they are not very professional in things like scheduling, return calls, and so on. Granted, all the companies I called were overwhelmed by requests after the monster rains this summer so some of the delay was not their fault. I had to nag them several times to get the work scheduled, but once they committed to a time they were prompt and thorough. Small thing--there are some electric lines that sit on top of the flat roof. They had to move them over the edge in order to apply the new foam but they didn't put them back in place. Some of the lines hung down in my neighbor's yard and she complained. Circle G responded quickly to fix the problem.

The foam coat is great. We can walk on it (although we don't) and the leak is completely fixed. It looks nice and I'm confident we won't have any more leaks. As for the roof by the front door, they had to come out a couple times. After the first major rainstorm, Joe came out and replaced the flashing where the roof meets the wall. Turns out that wasn't enough. The second, MAJOR, rain we had, I had water everywhere running down my walls and windows and front door. They came back (quickly, I might add) and replaced all the paper under the tiles in the valleys that run on either side of the front door. Had one more little problem after that with the ridge caps (we hope). I could be mad that it wasn't fixed the first time, but in truth, the nature of our roof makes it really hard to figure out where the actual problem might be. Joe didn't charge me full price for the second repair, which was nice. They were super to work with and even though it took a couple tries to figure out where the leaks were, they were persistent in trying to find them.
