Description of Work: They came to replace the flat roof over my patio as I had been experiencing a small leak during rain storms. Upon further inspection they found a leak further up on the main roof and quoted an additional amount to repair this problem. I agreed and they did the work. Within a week or two there was a major rainstorm and the small leak, supposedly now repaired, became a major leak into my family room. It happened during the night, while my wife was home alone, and in the morning she found water all over the furniture and wood floors, with 3 holes in the ceiling. I called them to come back, which they did. But they said the damage inside the home was not their responsibility, to which I objected. They completed a second attempt to repair the leak with a water test on the roof. It appeared to be okay. However, comes the next rain storm and the roof is still leaking through the 3 holes in the family room. They came back again, made repairs, looked things over, further tests. After 3 or 4 attempts, over the next 3 months, it now appears the roof is repaired. However, I still have the holes in the family room ceiling, as I will not be certain the repair is complete until we have the next rainstorm, which has not happened as yet. They have offered to repair the holes in the ceiling, after much prodding, but have refused any responsibility for the wood floor. So I am currently waiting, 6 months later, to see if the repair is actually made and if the roof will leak again. After the next rain storm, if the roof appears good, I will ask them to make the agreed upon repair to the family room ceiling. Then I will consider any action for the repair of the wood floor. Needless to say, it has not been a great experience. I do give them credit for returning many times to fix the problem, and they are nice people. I guess my roof was just a problem for them to figure out.

Description of Work: I paid about $50 for an Angie's List special for a "Complete Roof Inspection" and discount off of future services. I was supposed to receive photos, and contacted the owner twice before receiving them via email. They were out of focus, and the best thing I could make out was the owner's boot on a white roof. I expected that the complete report would be in writing with a detailed written estimate. The owner told me I needed a complete treatment, that would cost about $9,500. As a stopgap, I could get just a problem area done, for a mere $2,500. I have since seen them advertise that service as an Angie's List special for $1,250.

Description of Work: There were a few issues and both jobs (home and office)which needed two tries to fix the problems. They were very nice people but were slow to get back to me after the first problem. When I called they were very responsive and gave me an additional bid for the house. I hired another contractor to remove the tile from the office and replace it for an additional $3,200. The repairs were completed but will require one more visit to apply a top coat to the office so it matches the other work that was done that didn't work.

Description of Work: They immediately came out and gave a detailed estimate. Damaged elastomeric membrane on roof needed cleaning and two coats of covering along with sealing parapet walls and sealing around fireplaces. They took before and after photos. All was completed with short turn around time due to selling if home. Gave new family warranty of their work. They were awesome from the very start through the finish!

Description of Work: I purchased a $79 flat roof evaluation and ended up spending $3000 on a foam flat roof. While an unexpected (and pricey) purchase, the results were better than expected. I can now walk into the back room and it is no longer 15 degrees warmer than the rest of the house during the summer months. The crew was professional, clean, and on time.

Description of Work: Their pricing was somewhat high for some general maintenance they identified (so we did not have that done), but they did honor the contract with Angie's List and replaced a shingle that was missing for no additional charge.

Description of Work: He was supposed to repair any protrusions at the time of the estimate - per the Big Deal - but he did not. Just said he could redo my entire roof the $5K! He has called back twice to try to schedule, and offered to reduce the price a couple hundred dollars.
