+ -1 moreContacted the company due to their $49.00 flat roof tune up. Emailed them, it did take about 4 days to get something setup, but I wasn't in a big hurry. They met me at the home, told me what they would do, and returned the next day to make the repairs. All went well.

+ -1 moreI contacted them on 11/20/2015 on their website requesting a quote to replace my shingle roof. I got an automated email from them saying that one of their representatives would contact me shortly. 10 days later I emailed them and asked if they considered 10 days to be 'shortly'. They wrote back and apologized for dropping the ball. I wrote back, telling them exactly what I needed, gave them my phone#, address, and asked if I'd need to be home for the estimate. They wrote back saying that I wouldn't need to be home and asked if I was the home-owner. I wrote back that I was. That was on 12/1/15. 7 days later I hadn't heard from them so I wrote them "So are you going to be sending me an estimate or should I find someone else?" It has been another 7 days since then and I haven't heard from them. They will NOT be getting my business as they have made it clear that they don't give a crap about getting my business.

+ -1 moreWe have some holes in our foam roof. Provider showed up, inspected the roof and told us it wasn't worth paying him to fix. It was a simple DIY project at this point. Truly appreciated his honesty and not just trying to make a quick and unnecessary buck off of us. Would definitely recommend and will use them in the future when the roof needs to be re-sealed.

+ -1 moreCircle G Roofing Company was very professional. Office personal was friendly and helpful. Employees knew their jobs and all went very well. The workers did clean up after themselves. Some food for thought for homeowners, spray or wash down all decorative pavements or landscape soon after the work is completed. I didn't think of it and the next day there was light, rough patches on my decorative driveway. This suggestion could be helpful when using services from any roofing company We will use Circle G Roofing again and recommend their services.

Description of Work: Mr Gordon, the owner, came promptly to my house after I contacted Circle G Roofing. He established rapport & listened well to my requests regarding the re-coating of my flat foam roof. Upon inspection, Mr Gordon noted that my two skylights were cracked. I had noticed condensation forming on the plexiglass covers but thought it was due to moisture from the showers. I could see when he showed me that it was due to outside moisture trapped between the plastic layers. We discussed their replacement. BTW: we had the company that performed a re-coat 10 years before out to give a bid after Mr. Gordon and the rep from Durafoam never mentioned the skylights, nor did he take the time & care that Mr. Gordon did. We really appreciate Mr. Gordon's thoroughness. His bid was fair and the only reason we haven't contacted him is because we became involved in work back East and had to spend a lot of time there, putting our renovation plans on hold. When we are ready to begin again, we will contact Mr. Gordon to discuss a new bid.

And our job wasn't a small one at roof replacement for a 7500 sq ft house. Any company that blows off an appointment and doesn't even have the courtesy to call or return calls I would stay FAR away from.

It is now 930pm and I have been home all day. Im curious how any business stays in business treating potential customers this way. I wouldn't bother wasting your precious time calling Circle G Roofing to get any work done. Very unprofessional!

Their estimate was for the same amount as a larger company, but the warranty was shorter. I asked them to match the warranty (doubling the length of coverage), and they promptly agreed. They began working within a week, and at least one of them was here to supervise the laborers and provide an update every morning as I left for work. the entire roof was completed without any problems (or additional charges) within 5 days. Very pleasant, very professional, and excellent communication.

+ 0 moreFamily ran operation that takes pride in there product, They were promt in my request for a bid (showed up the same day Monday). I had already recieved bids from 2 other companies for the same job so when I recieved the bid email later that day for review I was able to make my decision. I called in the morning to schedule the job which they said they would be able to start on Wednesday. They called back within an hour and had there crew out that day due to finishing anothr job early. They cleaned and preped the roof on Tuesday let it sit and dry Wednesday due to the heavy rains the prior week Finshed the work on Thursday. Super great job and they keep thier word. I will definatly use Circle G Roofing for any future needs. Thanks
