Description of Work: They recoated and repaired bubbling and pooling on a 2,300 sq ft flat roof and offered a 5 year transferable warranty on the work . The guys were punctual and quick, and were great to work with. I definitely recommend them for flat roof maintenance.

Description of Work: The company does not respond well to inquiries as to when the service is going to be scheduled. It took several calls to their offices to get my home service scheduled. They said they would call back, and didn't - over and over. | |When they got me on the schedule they called the morning they were coming out and said 'we're on our way.' Really? I appreciate the fact they the are coming out to do the work, but I like to be at my home when contractors are working on the home. How can I schedule my day around work with no notice of when they are coming out? | |I asked them to send me pictures of their work, before they started, while they were doing the work and when they finished. They sent me pictures showing their work as requested. The pictures showed they did not clean the area they were to work on. They applied the product to a dirty roof, which to me, makes no sense whatsoever. | |In the end, I could have bought the products at Home Depot, got on the roof, cleaned the roof and applied the product they used for less than $500, and could have had it completed in 2-3 hours. I will not recommend this company to anyone.
