Exceptionally responsive and communicative. Scheduled and performed the work quickly and with a minimum of effort on our part. Far as I can tell at this point, the work was a quality job and carries a three-year warranty where any repairs needed will be done at no cost. Quite satisfied overall. I didn't comparison shop given the high ratings on Angies list and the good impression they gave when out to look over the job, so can't tell how good the price was relative to others. I was more interested in getting a good job done than in shaving a few bucks off the cost with a low bidder.

The Gordon family showed up to work bright and early. Got right to work and did their thing. He let me know that there is a 10 year warranty. Each year they come out and inspect the roof. Five years into the warranty a new coating needs to be applied at my cost (approx. $500.00) then they will continue to honor their work for another 5 years. They were great to work with.

Jimmy, his dad Joe and another worker were on site right on time. Jimmy pointed out the depression and several places where the existing roof was not maintained and he explained what he was going to do. The next morning I met Jimmy at the site and he showed me the finished product. He also explained (with photos) what the previous roofer had done which probably added to the leaking problem. He filled the depressions with foam and it all looks good and tight and that the water flow will be correct. The price includes a ten year warranty and an annual inspection. In order to maintain the warranty, foam needs to be recoated in five years. This seems to be a logical maintenance interview. We will see . . .

Showed up on time, and did a great job. Very responsive, and made sure it was done the way I requested. Covered plants and patio to prevent some overspray. Had some anyway, but not too much.

Circle G Roofing, At the signing of the contract, I specifically asked J Gordon if the foam roofing would seal at the roofing edge to the attached awnings. He said no problem. But with the extensive monsoon rains, the awnings have been leaking and causing water damage to my house. I have called the roofing company twice since the job was finished and stated that the roof was leaking water between the roof's edge and the existing porch awnings. J Gordon stopped by both times to check the roof and clipped off a few foam pieces at the edge of the roof. But this did nothing to solve the leaking water and the damage to the awning seals. Since the leakage issues have worsened, I checked with another roofing contractor who stated that some type of flashing should have been installed at the roof's edge to eliminate water leakage at the attached awnings. It's imperative to have this problem addressed and repaired with flashing to eliminate further damage. Thank you, Ms. V. Webb

We had issues with other roofers in the past, and with the monsoons coming we wanted someone reputable and honest to come out and give us an estimate on repairs. Joe came out 30 minutes after I called (AWESOME response time) and did an inspection. He was honest about what we needed and gave multiple options to consider. I look forward to using them in the future and would recommend them to anyone in need of roofing advice!

Joe Gordon put a completely new coat of Urethane on my roof at no cost at all. He's a very friendly guy and stands behind his work like no one I've ever dealt with before.

Joe was incharge of communicating with us. He wrote the estimate, regularly checked with us throughout the project to make sure our needs were met. He made sure we understood was was going on at all times. The work was performed to our satisfaction and the clean up was terrific. He and the company were fair and dependable. I would recommend them to anyone.

I used an Angie's List coupon for a roof inspection and power washing by Circle G Roofing. The inspection revealed a couple of leaks and the need for applying additional foam and a new elastomeric roof coating. As the roof is seven years old I was not surprised that it needed some work. It was easy to set up the appointments for the inspection and for work that followed. After the inspection, the power washing took place a few days later, and then the repair/recoating the day after that. All work was performed professionally, efficiently, and with high quality. A 10-year warranty was included in the price. I am very pleased with how the whole process went and will use Circle G Roofing again for any work on my roof.

A representative was very responsive in scheduling a meeting to discuss the work performed and the warranty provided. He climbed onto the roof and specifically looked at the area of my concern. He explained that the interior leak was stopped when they repaired the roof. He said that if we should have a future issue, the roof was still under warranty. He provided this service without charge. I was very pleased with his helpfulness and explanations. I would certainly call them should we need any future work.

They came an inspected my roof either the day before, or the day after Christmas. They had come and gone before I even knew they were there. I immediately received an e-mail with detailed pictures of my roof and descriptions of any problems. This was followed by a phone call. We discussed price and I was quoted $2,300 for doing my house. I asked if I could get any kind of price break for doing two houses, one needing only one coat. We ended up at $1,700 for both houses, if they could do it between Christmas and New Year's since there's not much business during that time. I have never had my roof professionally done before, but that seemed like an excellent deal to me, so we agreed to doing it on Dec. 28. They came in the morning as promised, sent a crew to clean the other roof while they coated mine. They were finished, cleaned up and done with both houses before we hardly realized they were there. I gather that this is a family business, father and sons. I spoke to three different gentlemen either in person or on the phone and everyone I dealt with was friendly and pleasant and willing to take the time to discuss any questions or issues I had. I was a little concerned about them being based in Scottsdale, but they didn't seem to consider it a problem. They said they come to Tucson regularly and work all over Arizona. This is a rental house and I was unable to be there for any of the process. I spoke with Joe on the phone and he said he would be able to get over to look at the roof that day. Before I remembered to call the tenant, Joe had been there and had finished with his inspection. He took pictures and then met with my husband at our home about his findings. We agreed on the work and it was done within a few days. No fuss, no muss, as they say. We will have Joe come back in 3 years to inspect the roof again.

Very courteous and very prompt in returning my call. We suspected the flat roof was in need of some repairs and I bet other roofers would have told us it needed to be replaced. But Circle G was great. They said that they could patch it and coat it two coats of elastomeric. And in between the patching and coating they pressure washed the roof per Angie's List deal. Overall very happy with my experience, price, and professionalism.

Our roof is overdue for renovation. We hired Circle G to clean and inspect it in response to an Angies List Deal offer. As a result of this positive experience, we have decided to hire them to renovate/resurface our roof. I will send a follow-up report when this work is complete. Update - December 1, 2012: We hired Circle G to renovate our foam roof, foam-insulate exposed HVAC ductwork and repair broken/missing roof tiles. The work was fairly priced and well done; their follow-up has been conscientious. They even left me a few excess roof tiles that weren't needed after the repairs. We will hire them again if/when work is needed in the future.

Circle G Roofing performed all of the above described services for us and did so without disturbing us at all! They went up on the roof and did their thing without saying a word. They finished and were gone like The Lone Ranger! I had to call them and beg to pay them for correcting the mess that an other contractor made. But, all they asked for was a good review. They are the most honest, competent and professional contractors that I've ever dealt with. I'm a retired Mechanical Engineer and have known many contractors. Circle G Roofing is the best.

They were excellent. I recommended them to my neighbor who also used them. I have no complaints and they did a very good job. They did a good job and their price was reasonable; that's why they got my business.

His response was" they have a $500 minimum" and i would be better served to call someone else. I mentioned on their web site they say " no job too small, no job too large" his response to that was "its just a catch phrase". I don't think i would ever use this company if this is their philosophy.

Fantastic! Was given preliminary estimate over phone and representative came out next morning to look at the job. Estimate did not change. I chose colors(2)and rep went over the details. Work was done as described in the contract, and on time. This is a family-owned and operated business.

They're a little hard to get a hold of and they don't return calls. They showed up on time the first day but then were late the rest of the times. They didn't use premium materials as they said they would. They forgot to secure doors and windows even overnight and were laid back and unprofessional.
