Arrived on time. Personable staff. Kept me informed and answered questions in an easy manner. Provided estimate and knowledge.

I have not done anything to my roof. I cannot comment on his work or any think else. I don't understand why he was paid $59 by Angies List for an estimate that would have been free.

The came and did repairs. They took pictures and showed me what was going on up there. It went very well.

They were all just delightful and a dream to work with. I can't recommend them highly enough! They were on time, thorough and professional.

They were wonderful selling their product and wonderful at the job. The other companies that bid the job just handed me the bid and waited to hear from me. After they bid the job, they talked with me several times and promoted the family aspect and the caring nature of the company. After I paid, it was a little more more difficult to talk with someone from the company. I needed some verification from them for the Arizona AG's office as backup for a roof related issue that was part of why we needed their repair work, and they did not return the three calls I left for them. I did talk with one of the members of the company when the phone was answered and he said he would get back to me, but in a week he didn't. I drew the conclusion that I would not hear from them and gave up and told the AG's office I couldn't get the documentation. They did finally get back to me and provide the information that I had requested. Mr. Gordon did not call, but we did exchange a few emails in which he informed me about a death in the family and said it was the reason for the delay. If the member of the company with whom I talked had mentioned it to me the one time we talked, I would have been much more patient and understanding at the time of the delay. If the answering machine had been programed to notify callers instead just taking messages and not returning them, it would also have helped, at least in my case. I would recommend them for their work quality. I think they do a very good job and they are competitively priced. I think it is a small family run company and they handle the phones and messages themselves. The request I made was outside their duties and because of my timeline, was much more important to me than them.

Circle G did and excelent, professional job. They came when they said they would, finished on time and no extra charges. The company is a family run operation with...a father and two sons did the work and were very plaesant do deal with. I would hire them again in the future and have already referred one friend to them.

They took one day extra than estimated but that was okay. Everything nice but one spot but other than that it was good service.

it was really hard to make an appointment with them. They also thought I had bought a different deal than I had. Then when I made an appointment they said someone had already come to my house. It was all very confusing and a big hassle overall. And all they want to do is sell you a 4k new roof.

The service provided by Circle G Roofing turned out fine. They provided what they said they will provide.

He was very professional and did a quality job on the roof. They got here and got the job done promptly. Nice folks. Our impression is that the cost was reasonable, but we did not shop around.

Roofer arrived on time. Professional demeanor. I did not inspect the roof but he was up there cleaning/spraying for a while so assume he did a thorough job. Inspected roof which he found to be in good condition. Recommended improvements - filling in dips in roof, painting, insulating duct work- and offered estimate for those services which we will likely pursue with Circle G roofing in the future.

Overall, went well. Although the person who did work was not as prompt as they could of been.

They arrived on time and performed the inspection. We were a little disappointed as they provided a large bid amount and thought it wasn’t necessary to spend $59 for an estimate.

Was very pleased with their work. I had been dealing with roof leaks in several areas of the roof that another roofer and contractor were unable to find and repair. Joe found the leaks the first day he looked at my roof and took pictures to show me what was causing my leaks. It showed me the unprofessionalism of the previous roofer and contractor. Joe will be doing my roof repairs and coatings from now on.

Soon after I bought the inspection on Angie's List, they contacted me to select a date to do the inspection. They were on time and took photos and made recommendations for maintenance. When I asked if they also could replace the skylights in the bathrooms (one of them was cracked), they said they could. Because this was before monsoons started, they had time to come the next day (a Saturday) to do the work. They washed the roof, took off the old skylights, put on the new ones, sealed them, did the roof work, cleaned up everything and were done very efficiently. They came back to move some cables back into place when I called. Now we have had some monsoons storms and the skylights are tight. I have not been up on the roof to check the ponding but the fact that the scuppers are all open and pouring out the water means that roof surface has been improved. They did not ask for any payment upfront, only when the job was completed and were all very pleasant to work with. I will call them again when I need any roof work.

Came on time. Did an excellent job in power cleaning the flat roof.

Couldn't be happier with these guys. Bought a $60 coupon for a evaluation and $150 credit on service on Angie's list. They showed up within a couple hours and replaced all my roof tiles with some extras I had in the garage. All at no additional charge. Thanks Guys.

They (he) was prompt and gave my roof a through inspection. There were a few shingles that were out of alignment, caulking that was wearing and he fixed these problems along with the inspection. I was told my roof was fine and did not need replacing. I was very pleased with the service.

It turned out fine. I would recommend them to others. They were professional and courteous

I was satisfied with the results. The only issue was I wished they would have told me to move the cars and stuff in the yard because they got murky water all over everything. They also claimed they could not get to the back yard. They left a bunch of debris in the back yard, and there is also a bunch of debris in the landscaping that I have to clean up now. There was a severe lack of communication while the job was being done. Have I had known this I would have moved all the stuff in the yard.

No work was performed. To do what they had been paid to do, they wanted me to sign up for a minimum $2800 work extra. I said no. They offered to pay me back. I never got the money or the work done.

I would not use them again because he suggested that I needed work, and I wouldn’t trust their assessment. I felt they were trying to sell me more than service me. I contacted another roofer, and they informed me that I didn’t have any problem with my roof, and this roofer is highly rated on Angie's List. They were courteous and prompt. I was disappointed because I felt he was just trying to sell me, and I was disappointed in his integrity after I got the second roofer's assessment.

They were very professional. It was pleasant experience. I am currently not working with them because of the price. They were very helpful, and offered me a lot of useful advice, and I appreciated that.

It turned out good. They did the work they said they were going to do. They didn’t inform me when they were leaving, and I was a little surprised by that.
