They did a great job as far as I can tell

It worked out really well. I think I sent an email to them and then he called me like I don't even think it was 24 hours later when I bought the deal and that is one thing I am really happy about. His response was incredibly prompt. He came out the next day and he took pictures. When I bought the deal I already knew I had a problem. I really like his solution and he came out the next day. The first job is they did pressure washing and repaired an area on the roof and then they foamed. The second job was the metal roof that wasn't covered and the patio has been enclosed. He asked me if I wanted to cover it with a plywood and then foamed over that which was great. He wanted to do it all on one day but he told me that the longest part of the job is to wait for the foam to heat or something before putting it into the roof. I told him that I'd like to do it if he would give me the same price if he would do it all in one day. He agreed to that which was the result was very nice. I was very happy with them.

We did get a couple of other quotes but they were the best. Their price was fair, the service was fine, and they were very personable. They came on time and did what they said. The roof looks nice and solid but it has not rained much since they did the work. I also liked that they are a family owned business. I was able to meet the son and the father. They have been in business for a while and I felt comfortable hiring them for the work.

I had evidence of leaking in my house, so I called 4 roofers for estimates. The first one (a company which had redone my flat roof 4 years ago) said I needed a whole new tile roof. The 2nd company sent a man who was very thorough in inspecting the roof and telling me what the issues were, and gave me an approximate idea of the cost but said he would send a detailed estimate. Jimmy from Circle G was the third person to come to inspect and give me an estimate. Based on the time it took (less than 3 minutes) and lack of any sounds on the roof, I would say he never went on the tile portion of the roof (at least not to the area where the worst leak was). At the door he told me they could do a tile roof refresh for $2500. He did not explain anything about what my particular issue was, and he did not offer a written estimate. I felt Circle G Roofing was the least professional of all the companies I contacted and I did not feel any comfort level with them at all. 3/12/2014 I have updated my rating (increased it from D to C) as I don't want to be unfair since they did not actually perform any work. Just a tip to contractor- as a customer, when you are talking about thousands of dollars, I want to see a detailed list of what will be done and have the proposal in writing. BTW, the company I did go with (the fourth to come out), gave me a very detailed verbal explanation of what was going on, and then followed up two days later with a very detailed proposal, with two options- a partial re-roofing to correct problems, or a full tile re-roof, although it was not necessary yet, but probably would be in the next few years. That way I was able to make an informed decision about the best way to proceed.

They came out within a couple of days after calling. They didn’t need to do an inspection because I already knew what I needed. I was looking to have my covered patio area be resealed. They didn’t end up doing any work because I thought they were too expensive. They were prompt, nice, and commutative, but essentially I got nothing for $59.

I don't know ! He was supposed to show me work and make suggestions. We set a date but he did not show up or suggest an alternate date

It was okay, they didn't offer me anything in exchange for the flat roof pressure roofing. They will only do the flat roof washing if you purchase services from them, so the deal terms were unclear.

The owner (I believe father) was very professional and knew how to coat, repair and improve the roof to last me several more years. However, on the day of application (it was delayed a few days due to scheduling and then arrived late the day of) the employee (I believe the son) made a huge mess by leaving debris all over my back and front yards. The white granules were just left and it was EVERYWHERE. I called and there was a feeble first attempt at cleaning up the mess, however the debris was all in my pool, backed up into my pool pump and ended up costing me several hundred dollars to repair and clean my pool. They later came to clean up my yards more, however improved this attempt was the damage was already done and there was still debris. The company offered to pay for the pool bill, but after three attempts at emailing the bill I gave up and paid the pool man. To be fair the roof work was good and the quality was also more than adequate. I can see that this was probably a bad example of their work, however it is enough were I would not personally use them again.

I requested a quote in October 2013; however, did not move forward with repairs until late January. The provider honored the October quote. Repairs were on a rental property making it difficult for me to visit the site on a daily basis. They send pictures and email keeping me in the loop regarding progress made until the work was done. They were timely, scheduled the job with the tenant, were professional, and understood that we wanted to fix the problem as economically as possible while not short-changing the finished job. The work is guaranteed for five years and appears to be top notch. My renter has been on the roof to inspect and is pleased with the work. This is very imporantant as he is considering buying the property when we're ready to sell. Interior work was completed in the same professional manner with the provider forwarding before and after pictures. We visited the property to inspect interior work prior to final payment and were pleased with the end result. It should be noted that another quote provided by a contractor recommended by my insurance company was 2 times as high. Circle G commented that they didn't know how they could quote interior work without first removing damaged sheet rock, etc., in order to prepare the estimate -- a point well taken. I would highly recommend Circle G Roofing!

A bulge in the paint of the wall appeared 3-4 years ago, one time. Multiple heavy rains no evidence of a leak. My husband crawled up in rafters of the area and saw no evidence of a leak. We had the bulge repaired thinking rain had blowen up under the eves. Now, 3-4 years later, a bulge in the same area. Again, no evidence of a leak, from checking the rafters. We had 3 roofers come out to evaluate a leak in the area, this time. One said the whole roof needed new felt it was curled up in most places and they quoted $11K plus. They showed me pictures on their cell phone they said they took of my roof problem. The second also showed me pictures of my roof on their cell, but said front half of roof was "bad" and needed felt replaced, but back half was ok for now. They quoted $6K for front half. Circle G Roofing said roof was good for a few more years with no felt problems, but a broken vent pipe was what had caused the "leak" we had experienced. He suggested a "tile roof makeover" Sealing all pipes and vents, chimeny and crown caps with a silicon sealer. This included a 2 year leak warrenty for $1400. We went with Circle G Roofing. With the strange leak, the broken vent pipe made sense and the 2 year warrenty was convincing. I am still wandering who's roof the other companies pictures were from!! The customer had no way of telling if it's their roof or a "stock" picture in the estimater's cell! UPDATE: First rain since work was completed. Leak is still there!!!! I've placed a call to Circle G. Waiting for a response. Let's see how good the 2 year warrenty is. UPDATE:After back and forth phone tag we spoke and Jimmy arrived on 3/12/14. He sprayed water over the area until I saw the leak inside. He came back the next day with necessary materials and repaired the leak.

Circle G was very responsive to my request. I received a return phone call the same day and scheduled an appointment for a quote. One of the owners came out to provide the quote. He was punctual, professional, personable and knowledgeable. This was one of three quotes that I received. I chose another roofing company that provided a lower quote for the same work, however, I was impressed with the gentleman that provided the quote and I would trust Circle G with my roofing needs, as I feel they are very knowledgeable, professional and experienced. The only downside was their cost.

My experience went very well. The staff was professional and knowledgeable in their field. I was very impressed because they went out of their way to do a very thorough and efficient job. I was pleased with the outcome of the service and would recommend this company to others.

He was very nice and professional and gave me a verbal report afterward, nothing written. He said he would email a report out to me but he never did.

It was excellent and they were very responsive. They called the day after I bought the big deal. They checked our roof and we ended up having them fix it. We are very pleased with it and they were very good. They came out within a week of purchase. They put a special coating on the roof. He took pictures and showed us. They patched the cracks and then put a white coating on it. They got the work done in about 2 hours and they were very careful with the ladders. I would use them again.

They came to my home and I did not get the pressure wash and cleaning as it was said that the whole roof needs to be replaced. They just did the inspection part of the Big Deal. The gentleman was very nice, he did call me and say he made a mistake on the roof estimate and he called to let me know and the price did go up. I understood where he was coming from as the estimate was comparable to other companies.

I tried over and over to get a hold of this company and their answering service would never allow me to leave a message, and they would not answer the phone. I never heard anything back from them from the purchase of deal as well.

I have a flat roof that developed a leak. I got three estimates from license roof contractors. The other two contractors insisted that I needed a new roof which would have been over $10,000. Circle K offered me an option that corrected the problem plus provided a 5 year warranty for a fraction of a cost of a new roof. The repair involved applying foam roofing to low levels on my roof and coating the rest. Plus, as an Angie's member, they told me that I qualified for a $300 off coupon. They were also willing to deduct the cost of this repair from the cost of installing a new roof by them in the future. I trust this family own business and would use them to do more work for me in the future.

The offer was for up to 150.00 in services. Nothing was done by the contractor other than viewing the roof and providing a verbal list of areas that needed attention and then a list via e-mail for the cost of the foam roofing. Although I wish he had done the minor repairs that he suggested we do (the 150.00 worth of services) I did receive piece of mind knowing that my roof was not as bad as I thought. I would not recommend this company because the gentlemans manner changed greatly after realizing that there would be no sale on this house. This company solicited in my neighborhood and put a new roof on one house and then proceeded to present my closest neighbor with minor repairs and spray on her roof. She became concerned that she should not have done this and asked my husband to check the roof to see if they did anything as she felt it was a very fast job for 800.00 and thought she may have been in her words "suckered" . She is a senior citizen and felt she must have been targeted. Both my husband and I climbed on the roof to find that no repairs were done to any seams and the spray was inadequate. The job was done in less than 20 minutes and was only a mist of spray on the entire roof. Not to mention that one of the workers sprayin sat his coke can "1/2 full" on the top of the cooler and left it there. I hope that she receives a full refund.
