Great! Electrician arrived on time and reviewed punchiest and offered recommendations and solutions. Work was done efficiently and thoroughly. Totally please with the workmanship and overall experience. Felt like the tech really cared about his work and my satisfaction. Will use again on next house.

We just purchased a house and after 3 months we realized the need for outlets in certain areas as well as a light in the pantry. Overall John installed 6 interior outlets, 3 electrical boxes for Pendant lighting, an exterior outlet and a pantry light fixture including the electrical and switch in 8 hours. In the end there is need for drywall touch up in just 2 spots (the pendant lighting) and that was due to previous location and not John's work. Really incredible job and will only be using him moving forward.

Service person came in traced the wiring ( it's really messed up from a previous person working on it) found where it went and found the problem. I never would have found the problem myself, it took professional equipment and a person with knowledge to trace it down. It was a loose wire on a switch that I didn't even know was involved in the circuit.

We could not be happier with the work that the guys from Castle did! Everything was done quickly, cleanly and professionally. When they were cutting for the new outlets in the bathroom they laid down plastic, and cleaned up afterwards. All of the outlets look perfect, the light is amazing, and the guys doing the work were very friendly. This was the best experience we have had with an electrical company, and we would highly recommend their work.

This is the second time I have used Castle Electric. Talked with John about removing the track lighting in our kitchen and replacing it with flush mounted lights. Found some at Home Depot that we liked the style of and sent him a picture so he would know what we were looking for. John checked them out, including reviews, and thought they would work best for our application versus what he planned on installing. After agreeing on the locations for the lights and ceiling fan box, He and Matt got to work. They finished in about 5 hours including clean up. Everything looks great. I installed the ceiling fan and it works perfect. I should mention that the lights he put up were significantly less expensive than what was in my quote. I didn't know that, but John told me and adjusted the bill. To me, that says a lot about him.

John and his team was extremely helpful on the phone, prompt, and professional when they arrived. They not only solved our issue but helped us plan to prevent future issues. Fantastic work and will only use them going forward

We were pleased with the experiences from the entire Castle team, starting with the cost proposal, through to project completion. The guys who came to the house to do the work were professional, thorough, and did a nice job preparing each room (e.g., covering up items to avoid dust) as well as clean up after the job was completed. We also appreciated that they were able to complete the project in one day.

They installed the fan and than fixed 2 electrical outlets. They were fast and clean and very friendly.

John answered my call right away and confirmed that the ballasts in my fixtures probably needed to be replaced as this is a common problem. He asked me to text pictures to him if the units and h confirmed he problem. He called 20 min before he arrived and had stopped to pick up he parts. He was polite professional and efficient.
