Description of Work: They hung a new outside light to replace one damaged by painters and they replaced two photo sensors that had burnt out on other outdoor lights. They also moved an outside outlet to side wall of house. The electrician arrived exactly on time, was incredibly polite and professional. I baulked a little at the pricing so he offered me the option to run to Home Depot and purchase some of the parts myself (he helped me create the list). He took care in his work and cleaned up everything before leaving. The price still seemed high for the time actually spent on site and there was a large service call fee ($75-90 which seemed ridiculous). He indicated that if I became a regular customer that the owner may waive that on future calls.

Description of Work: I need to have some modifications made to an electrical wall outlet that would permit me to install the type of dimmer switches I wanted. This guy was a bit difficult to reach. Nothing major, but it took a little doing to connect and arrange for a time to do the work. Having said that, the work he performed was outstanding in every respect.

Description of Work: I called them to troubleshoot a strange electrical problem, and they had literally solved the problem in 5 minutes. I will definitely use them again. Great!!

Description of Work: There were two relatively simple aspects, but that baffled me. The first was to determine why a section of the house had lost power while all circuit breakers were working. The second was to determine the cause of a flush mounted ceiling can light not working. John identified the cause of both issues efficiently. He also took care that debris from repair work was removed. He was on time, knowledgeable and complete. I will use him again.

Description of Work: John has helped me previously with very complicated outdoor wiring. He is the complete professional. He rewired some tricky wall-mounted lights and installed updated new rheostats. He replaced numerous tube lights, and did some other additional work. He leaves the jobsite immaculate. He and his team are so pleasant and competent. He has a 'can-do', 'we'll solve it', attitude.
