The designer, Lisa, clearly knew exactly how to deal with the dropped off flooring (from having another "custom" cabinetry company remove their very substandard closet components) and with the other irregularities left from the uninstall. She had excellent ideas and clearly understood what we wanted to achieve. All parties were professional, on time and competent. My only complaint is that the installer did not tell me that I was going to have to re-install all of my security, wi-fi and electronic equipment myself. If I'd realized that I would have labeled everything myself. In the end, we are completely satisfied with our custom closets. They are pricey but worth it.

The job was done expertly and the material and construction of the closets were excellent.
