Description of Work: Don was a pleasure work with. He helped realize our goal of closing in our front living room and turning it into a private den. One of our main concerns was having this new room look original to the rest of the house, and he and his crew pulled it off. The room looks fantastic! We are very pleased with the work he and the people he brought in did. I highly recommend!

Description of Work: Cactus Valley Remodeling (Don) is a consciousness and detail orientated contractor. I was happy with the communication and knowledgeable sub-contractors he contracted with for my projects. I was never concerned with anyone that was contracted to work on my projects because of the trust and confidence instilled in me through Don at Cactus Remodeling. I was very happy with the finished project and would Not Hesitate to recommend them.

+ 1 moreThe unique closet design that was drafted completely met ours (and my daughter's) requirements. The craftsmanship was incredible and required a significant amount of customization. This wasn't an out-of-the-box solution by any means. Don was very professional, meticulous and clean during the entire process. He completed the project in less than a day, and we were very impressed with the result - as was our teenage daughter! We look forward to working with Cactus Valley Remodeling and Repair for our future remodeling efforts.

+ 2 moreDon is an excellent craftsman and knows all phases construction. He is very conscientious of the homeowner's needs and always cleans up the construction area every night. We wanted an updated look to our early 1990's kitchen and increase the storage space. To do this required taller upper cabinets which required raising a sofit to accomidate the new cabinets. We were amazed at all the electrical, air ducting, and AC lines that needed to be addressed, but Don was able to handle all of this. The result made a huge difference in the kitchen space and we couldn't have done this without the help of Don and his crew!
Description of Work: Don completely remodeled our kitchen and managed the demolition, framing, electrical, plumbing, cabinet install, floor tile, ventilation, granite counter tops, and installed the appliances. Don had excellent recommendations on the kitchen design and recommended many features we had not considered. For example, Don suggested adding pendent lighting over our island and it turned out great! We were worried about what this lighting would do to our budget, but the rough wiring and fixtures were much less than we thought.

Description of Work: Removed old wood slats in 3 outside gates. Ground down rusted areas and re-painted all metal. Stained and urethaned wood slats. Adjusted gate for proper closure.
