The sales team if you would call is as such is chuck full of conceited staff. No customer service. They don’t know the meaning of these 2 words unless they look them up in a dictionary. Both the sales person? Laura at Cabinet Solutions and a Teresa at Affinity both were far too busy to have me purchase some cabinet door and trim pieces. It’s ALL ABOUT THEM I guess. They apparently have no time for any walk in customers as they are far too busy. I should let their owner know. No chance to purchase any cabinet doors or parts from their advertised dealership of the Canadian Kitchen Craft cabinet line here in the Phoenix valley. Run away from this place. With them it’s about the $’s I surmise and not customer service. I would not post even 1 star for this place.

They did an excellent job of helping us pick out the cabinets, finding an installer and a granite person. You must ask for Jason.

I visited the showroom on a Saturday morning in February and met Kate one of their designers. During our meeting we discussed options and Kate followed up with a design and quote within a couple business days. After thinking on it for a couple weeks and talking with Kate I ordered the cabinets for the office. Kate was very helpful in suggesting a couple nice enhancements for the cabinet bases, further they manufacture a 12 foot long desktop which meant that there would be no seam in the desktop. After ordering the cabinets, Kate was extremely good about giving me status updates and letting me know when the delivery day was close. Beyond the design assistance Kate recommend a couple installers for me. The installer I picked did a great job. We love the cabinets, they are quality and look extremely nice.

The designers were very professional and worked with us on the spot in their showroom to try different configurations. They were able to provide quotes immediately and were very patient with us as we made changes. In terms of service, this was definitely a step down from a full-blown ktichen design showroom, but a kitchen design showroom won't work with you if you're not essentially starting from scratch. We were looking to reface or replace just a few cabinets. The designers at this level seemed to know the products and sizes well and were certified kitchen designers, but they don't come out to your home and recommend designs. Once we realized the cost for new cabinets plus delivery and installation, we decided to stick with what we had and instead hired a cabinet maker to revise and enhance our existing island. The folks at Cabinet Solutions were very understanding and supportive of our decision. We would definitely work with them again and would recommend them to others.

It was good. We haven’t decided to move forward with them yet but they came out and they were professional. If we decide to do the cabinets, we would probably go with them; we may go with them just because of the price. Nothing in particular, I think that probably most companies would do the same type of thing, take the measurements, show the brochures and the different cabinet, colors, etcetera. I cannot think of anything specific. I can’t say yet because we haven’t gotten all the bids yet and I don’t want to be unfair. The quality of the bid was really good. They were very responsive and they got the quote within the time frame they said they would.

We did not use Affinity because the general contractor did not get back to us with numbers for the other remodeling we had in mind. However, we were very impressed with Affinity and especially Ray Kant. We ultimately went with another cabinet contractor who was recommended by the general contractor we used for this project.

They were very good. They were clean and professional.

Final result excellent. Job required securing top (drawer-front) and bottom (cabinet front) sections as one piece, and installing an interior shelf for the mixer, along with the spring-loaded hardware the shelf was attached to. Technician was very precise (I'm a precision freak, and personally verified his accuracy was to the nearest 1/16 to 1/32 of an inch). Affinity originally did all the cabinets for our custom home back in 1998-the original management team is still there, and our cabinets still look as good as they did the day after installation, so we're rather pleased with their overall performance.

We did the installation ourselves. The product was very good and we were happy with them. They delivered what they promised. They were easy to work with and we were pleased.

At first, great -very responsive and constant updates. Cabinets were scheduled at the start of construction and they arrived on schedule. Then things went sharply downhill. Many items didn't fit, others had been specified incorrectly. Affinity tried to blame us for their multiple errors. In the end, final construction was delayed about a month for them to get their act together. However, quality is nice and the cabinets look great.

They were very prompt. Tehy have talented designers. They are very responsive.

THE CABINETS ARE GREAT; INSTALLATION WENT SMOOTHLY AND WE LOVED OUR INSTALLER. DID NOT LIKE THE KITCHEN DESIGNER AND FELT LIKE WE HAD TROUBLE GETTING STRAIGHT ANSWERS ON PRICES. HOWEVER, WE DID A CUSTOMER SERVICE SURVEY AT THE END OF OUR JOB AND WERE TOLD HE NOW NO LONGER WORKS THERE! WE'VE HAD A COUPLE OF SMALL REPAIRS NEEDED SINCE THE INSTALLATION AND THEY ARE ALWAYS QUICK TO RESPOND. VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, ALTHOUGH YOU ARE PAYING FAIRLY HIGH PRICES TO GET THIS ALONG WITH A GUARANTEE BETTER THAN ANY OTHER I'VE SEEN IN THE MARKET.

VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND TIMELY. REPAIRED THE DRAWER AS PROMISED AND ON TIME. THEIR MAIN BUSINESS IS KITCHEN CABINET MANUFACTURING.
