Description of Work: They are very unprofessional. They messed up a repair job on my blinds, denied it . When I called,before even asking anything, the Owner or manager,whatever, told me off, and said to never come to their store again. They can rest assured I never will, and will tell everyone I know not to go there.

The owner, Bailey Cooner, came out the day after I called to give us an estimate the next day. She helped us select a compatible color finish based on the other wood finishes in the house and answered all of the questions we had. She expedited the order for the blinds for the master bedroom. Her husband Marshall installed most of the blinds, but another installer came out to install one set. One set had a vane with a flaw. Bailey ordered three replacements and Marshall installed one of them for us. Marshall gave us a good recommendation for how to handle a window that was too large for a single blind.
Description of Work: Ordered 2'' Fashion Tech basswood blinds for all but two of the windows in our house. Free installation was included.

BAILEY WAS PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, & ON TIME. SHE PROMISED THE BLINDS IN 2 WEEKS, & HAD THEM IN STOCK & INSTALLED AS PROMISED. THE PRICE WAS FAIR & THE PRODUCT WAS GOOD.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED A KITCHEN WINDOW HONEYCOMB WINDOW SHADE. THEY HAD PREVIOUSLY DONE MANY OTHER WINDOWS FOR ME & WERE ABLE TO MATCH IT TO THE OTHER COVERINGS.

THE FOLKS AT DESERT SHADE WERE GREAT FROM BEGINNING TO END. THEY WENT OVER ALL THE WINDOW COVERING OPTIONS, HELPED US DETERMINE WHAT WOULD WORK BEST FOR US, WERE PUNCTUAL TO MEETINGS AND INSTALLED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. WE CHANGED OUR MINDS A FEW TIMES DURING THE PROCESS AND THEY WERE VERY GOOD ABOUT ACCOMMODATING US. WHEN THEY ARRIVED TO INSTALL, WE HAD OTHER CONSTRUCTION GOING ON THAT BLOCKED THEM AND THEY WERE GOOD ABOUT RESCHEDULING. WE RECEIVED SEVERAL BIDS, BUT FELT THAT WE WERE RECEIVING MORE FOR OUR MONEY WITH DESERT SHADE.
