They just came out and did a small appliance repair and did a good job.

I contacted the company to service our two Sub Zero appliances. The first service call was scheduled for 3-5pm on a weekday afternoon. The gal who handled the scheduling was very nice and we were excited to get this project completed. On the day of service 5 o clock came and went and no one showed up. I called and they were very apologetic. They assured me a technician would come over the next morning. By lunch the next day no one had called and no one showed up. I let several days pass thinking I might get a call explaining why they hadn't come over. Finally I called, the gal on the phone was SO NICE, SO APOLOGETIC (she knew immediately who I was, had my address, etc.). Being the forgiving soul I am I suggested that before I write a negative review on Angies list, I'd give them one more chance. We arranged a time for service (1-3pm on Sat Sept 8th, 2012). I was home all afternoon, no call, no visit, no nothing. Three strikes and you're out. "80% of success is just showing up" - clearly the folks at Sub Zero Phoenix have never heard this saying before. On to someone else.

We liked them and they did a really good job. They were very prompt and responsive. They had good follow up. They were open book and seemed very honest and above board. They told us what they were going to do and when they were going to do and they did it. They did a really good job. They don't really advertise and they are a referral company. They did a really good job for demanding customers. Their price was good based on what we saw and we thought we got our money's worth. We are using them now to do some other things.
