Arizona Window and Door Store

Do not use AZ window and door store under any circumstances. They installed defective windows three times and still have not rectified the problem and we paid thousands of dollars for defective windows

I used AZ Window and door store for Windows done in two phases. First phase was good, second phase was not so good. I went back for doors, and they did not order them, told me it was my fault for not giving them a deposit. The sales person told me he was stopping by for payment in full and I agreed, and he never came. I had a scheduled install date and they just cancelled. All other trades had to be rescheuled and not I am two months behind. Our baby was just born and we can't finsih the nursery now. Have to find another company for the doors. It appears the company keeps going further down hill. I would not recommend. Check out the reviews on Y Help, they are not good.

I met with Brad Penner today, what a knowledgeable sales representative. He made suggestions to my large French doors and made great suggestions to my windows that is saving me money. I had a terrible experience with another company 4 years ago and Arizona windows and doors had to come out and start from scratch on a bay window that was absolutely a mess. I am so thrilled with the finished product that now I am ready to replace all windows and doors. Brad was so easy to work with and I was pleased with the color choices and products we choose. We are getting married in April and hopefully will be able to have the project completed so we can show our home off. Thank you Arizona Windows and Door Store., but most of all thank you Brad Penner. <

Bobby and Hector did a first rate job replacing an existing large window with a set of French Doors. Completed the demo and installation in one long day in extreme heat. We are very happy with the result. Great attention to detail. No corners cut. The doors are also of very high quality. They look great, and, while itâ s only been one day, we can already tell that the doors form a great barrier to the weather and outside noise. We highly recommend the product, and, absolutely recommend Bobby and Hector.

I'm in Tucson and worked with Brandon and Frank as the installers from the Tucson office and Chad, from Scottsdale, was the consultant. All personnel were respectful and professional. The young men worked in the heat of the day but were careful to respect my home. They were clean, efficient, and pleasant to work with. I love my windows and appreciate their attitude and work ethic. I would recommend them to anyone.

Expensive only

These guys were awesome to work with. They gave us a quote for our doors, which turned out to be more time intensive and expensive. However, they stood behind their quote and did an amazing job. Thanks again Greg and Richard for your amazing customer service.

Excellent and easy to work with. Had our door readjusted and refinished, turned out beautiful! Had to schedule and work from out of state, and they made it easy.
