We were in the process of having the house painted when we noticed wood rot. Arizona Termite Specialists came to our house that same afternoon, did a thorough assessment, and scheduled the treatment for two days later. The technician explained everything that he was doing and why. Very professional.

Sean was the person that came and drilled and treated the house. He called prior to showing up and he was right on time. Cannot ask for more. Received warrantee by email minutes after payment. Answered all questions and was very professional.

I liked working with the company owner. He is prompt, honest and upfront. I paid them reasonable amount for detailed termite service with 6 yr warranty. I have not given 5 starts yet because 1) I don't yet have their experience on how well they will respond to warranty service. 2) The working crew was friendly and nice but I have to keep watching them to make sure work is done correct. Due to extreme heat outside I felt they were taking short cuts. I had a complete study done on termite treatment and knew terminology and work details. The guy did not remove the mid size rocks by the wall during trenching and told me that he will do rodding. According to him rodding means he holds dispense tube vertical and pour thermidor. I corrected him and he did the trenching then. For angled drill, the thermidor was not staying inside and coming out from neighboring hole. Other concern is They removed the existing termite tunnels which were not supposed to be touched. On one side I felt bad that they were working outside in heat. In summary, I still don't know if termites are gone or not. It takes time for it. BUT I LIKED THE SERVICE OVERALL. I do appreciate the crew as well as the owner for good. service. I WILL REFER THEM TO OTHERS FOR SURE. I don't want to say here that I will use them again because I DON'T WISH TO GET TERMITES EVER.
