The entire project, which was relatively small, went according to plan. They were as neat and as orderly as one can be while doing such an installation and there was always someone available on site to answer questions. Their communication was top-notch even when we had post-installation questions/concerns. Every day we look at our yard and congratulate ourselves for being so smart to switch to a synthetic lawn - sorry we don't have another project for AZ Luxury Lawns & Greens!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with AZ Luxury Lawns. Kyle was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. We appreciated the no-pressure selection/sales process. Our installation date was ~1.5 weeks out from Kyle's initial visit. We were blown away with how incredible and how meticulous the installation team was. They cleaned up the mess and left the rest of our yard looking better than it did before they arrived. There is no doubt that we will use them again in the future...a truly fantastic experience!

AZ Luxury Lawns did an excellent job with our installation of artificial turf. We had gravel removed & redistributed, then the lawn was installed from the edge of the pool deck back to the rear fence. Kyle was the sales rep, and he was on time for the estimate, and very knowledgable. Two weeks after we'd given the go-ahead, the crew was here right on time. We were amazed at how quickly they prepared our yard and then installed the turf. The crew was excellent, and Kyle came in a couple of times to make sure all was going as planned. We wish we'd done it years ago! Our yard looks so lush and we are enjoying playing chase with our Bichon puppy across the green grass. We highly recommend AZ Luxury Lawns if you want American-made high quality work. And we will be calling them again for more work on our side yard!

Made an appointment with company to have a rep come up to my home and take measurements. Jake came promptly at 10:00 the next morning measured and explained the different products they offered. A L L was by far the lowest price for the identical products. Signed the work order and was told by Jake I would be scheduled the following week. He called a few days later withe news that had an opening the day to do the install. They cut the old grass out the next day and treated the ground with a preemergent and the day after that installed the new artificial grass. Great job!!!!

My neighbor has artificial turf on his front lawn. I have always admired how nice it looks. In speaking with him, he gave me the contact information for the company that installed his turf a few years ago. I called that company and the specific salesman that my neighbor had used was not available but they sent a different guy to my home. Long story short on this, that guy did not know much about his product and showed us dozens of samples without giving us much guidance. Then when he called me with the price I thought it was very high. So I logged on to Angie's List and started reading reviews of landscapers. Based on references here on Angie's List, I called Arizona Luxury Lawns and Putting Greens and scheduled Jake to come out to my house. Jake came out on time as expected, knew his product thoroughly. Jake had many grasses to offer in his vehicle, but did not overwhelm us with choices. Rather he pulled out four samples and recommended what he felt would work best for us give our specific needs and application. We made our selection and he gave me a firm price right there on the spot. The price was literally half of what the first company had quoted. Needless to say, we scheduled the installation right then and there about tow weeks out. The installation was scheduled over two days. The first day the crew came out and removed my existing live grass and started prepping the area. That only took about two hours. The next day the installation crew arrived on time. They capped my irrigation system and completed the prep of the area. Then they laid the artificial turf. They did a very professional job and completed it in about four hours. It looks great. I recommend this company.

We interviewed 3 Artificial Turf providers from Angie's list and decided on Arizona Luxury Lawns and Greens because of the quality of the product, their pricing and a referral from a friend at Paradise Pools. We worked with Chris who estimated and scheduled our job. The job was performed on time, as promised, & with minimum disruption. Our yard was left in a neat, clean condition. Our driveway, where the quarter-minus base material had been delivered, was swept clean. When we got home from work that day we rushed to our yard to check it out. The grass looked fantastic. We have a free-form area, bordered by pavers and large boulders. It literally looked like the area had been manicured around each nook and cranny with a pair of scissors. We are very happy with the job and (so far) the quality of the product. We had chosen the 2nd from the top quality, due to the color and natural appearance. It's wonderful to get up on the morning, look outside to see our beautifully green grass. It makes our entire yard look more beautiful, not to mention not having to mow, edge, feed, thatch and seed our lawn. We hope that the product itself will not fade, melt or p***** in the summer heat. Extremely well. This installation was to match as closely as possible existing artifical turf in an adjacent part of my back yard. The sales person, Jake, did a great job of matching the turfs, but the professionalism, knowledge, efficiency, and installation preparation was far superior to the company I had used to install the turf in the back yard. I would highly recommend Arizona Luxury Lawns and Greens to anyone who wants a beautiful lawn with no maintenance.

Kyle was on time, professional, knowledgable. Good pricing, excellent quality. You can't tell the difference between putting green roll and real turf roll in either speed or break. Wonderful job. Kyle's crew pre-delivered materials, he and his crew were minutes behind. They worked like a well oiled machine and worked the entire day without stopping. Kyle was also integrally involved in the layout/break/design. He really knew what he was doing. I would recommend this company/Kyle without hesitation. My mother really likes the outcome and is thinking of putting some turf in her backyard as a result. Great job!

Contacted Company in early April to give me an estimate to replace natural grass area by swimming pool with artificial turf. The representative came on 4/9/2013, showed samples and discuused the job. I aggreed at that time to have them do the work after June 1, 2013. In early May I contacted their office to see if a specific date had been set since we would be away until May 31. The office said that it was scheduled for Monday, June 3. Returniing home on 5/31, there was no message or call that weekend as to a specific time work would start. Mid-morning of June 3, I called the rep. and the office as to when the work would start as I had an afternoon appointment.. I got no response from the office and the rep. stated the crew would be there soon. Some time before noon I received a call from the tear out crew they would be there shortly. they did show up about 12:30 causing me to postpone the afternoon. appointment. The crew performed the tearout efficiently and I had them do an additional small off contract job for separate payment. I was told the next step, application of grass pre-emergent should be done the next day, Tuesday. The next step did not happen did not happen on Tuesday. Shortly before 1:00 Wednesday i receive a call from the person wanting to apply the pre-emergent. We were on our way out of the house to attend a function and I voiced my displeasure with the entire companies operation. On returning home later in the afternoon the was a message from the representative. I returned his call reiterating my feelings of a total lack of communication. He told me that the turf crew would be there the next morning between 10 and 11. Thursday morning he arrived on time with the installation crew and pre-emergent applicator. Once started, the work went smoothly, well choreographed in a truly professional manner. Kyle the rep. apologized for the communication problems and the finished work was well beyond my expectations.

Their prices were within the quotes of the other prices and they were done quick. They had a Facebook account that you could go to and see, ask questions and see their previous work.

We wanted a easy care front yard so we got bids for artificial turf. We obtained bids from 4 different vendors.AZ Luxury Lawns did the most accurate job of measuring the sq. ft. of the yard and had a grass we liked at the best price. Once we selected the grass we were told it would be about 3 weeks for install. Everything went according to schedule, the sod removal crew arrived on time did the work and cleaned up. The next day the install crew arrived as scheduled and spent the better part of the day doing a thorough job. It looks great and we are quite pleased. It was a big job (over 1500 sq. ft.) and they had enough equipment and crew members to do it right. I also liked that they had separate crews for removal and install. As far as do's and don'ts, do find out where the turf is manufactured, Here vs. overseas, and the number of crews and crew members, and what they do. There is a diverse opinion about the infill material, but in a front yard as long as it keeps the turf more natural looking it really didn't matter to me.

Estimate only: Met with Kyle Dunkle, Sales and Design very informative, provided suggestions, knowledgeable about the product, very pleasant. The product is expensive especially when the area you want done is small. They have a minimum rate regardless of the size. But overall it went well. The project is about 4 weeks out. Looking forward to the completion.

We had approximately 900-1000 square feet of lawn in our back yard on either side of a pool and spa deck. Even with professional lawn care and sprinkler systems, it always seemed to look shabby, unkempt and had various shades of green and brown. Having seen how the quality of artificial turf had improved over the years, we decided to at least get estimates.We had three different firms come out, take measurements, bring samples, make recommendations, etc. Arizona Luxury Lawns was the most prompt and punctual in responding to our request for an estimate and all three estimated the material requirements within 50 feet or so. Prices, too, were comparable insofar as we could make an "apples to apples" comparison on the material quality. (Each firm seemed to have a different name for their low, medium and higher quality offerings.) All spoke of Chinese made vs. US made material, weights and densities of the grasses, drainage, nylon vs. polyethylene, etc. Even once you get a feel for the lingo of fake turf, you just have to go with your gut!Kyle, with Arizona Luxury Lawns took his time and explained all the terminology, pluses and minuses of each choice and then allowed us to take his samples and carefully examine them in various settings in our yard. He explained all the pricing, services, procedures they would follow, etc. and generally gave us a comfortable feeling that we would be in good hands. He was able to work with our schedule and get our lawn in before our out of town company arrived in less than two weeks and he promised we would pay nothing until totally satisfied. We booked the install.On schedule, things started happening just as Kyle said they would. The owner of the company called the next Friday to tell us the "demo" crew was on the way. Within the hour a crew arrived and methodically went about the business of removing our old grass and preparing the yard for Monday's scheduled install. Similarly, Monday morning before 7AM, a dump truck showed up and dumped a pile of "foundation material" in our driveway (after checking with us to see if that would be a problem). He no sooner left than the install crew arrived with Kyle to get the job started well before 7:30 AM! As an earlier reviewer noted, these guys work like an orchestra. Every individual knows his part and plays his own instrument but the overall sound is greater than the sum of the parts. Before we knew it, a beautiful new lawn was making its way from a roll on a truck to a masterpiece in our yard! By noon, the lawn was nailed into place and to my surprise and delight, the crew was literally trimming the edges of the lawn with hand scissors like a barber making sure your hair is ready for the prom. Some trimmed while others cleaned up, putting everything back where it was, blowing any remaining dust or dirt away from sidewalks and driveways and generally making it look like the yard had always been there. They even cut some of the extra "grass" into mats and placed them in front of our doors leading to the back yard. It was an amazing process to behold and it unfolded just as promised by the sales rep - not always a given these days. We were very pleased with the process and are thrilled with how our lawn looks now. The only minor quibble was that the crew mistakenly covered over an "up light" that shines up into a palm tree. When we discovered the light shining up through the newly laid "grass" we couldn't help but laugh. An easy mistake to make and we were sure, easily corrected. I emailed Kyle that night and he responded before 7am the next morning apologizing and assuring us that it would be corrected. The next day it was. The crew returned, apologized and we all chuckled at the oversight. It was fixed, trimmed up with scissors and they were gone within a half hour. Service after the sale... another too rare occurrence these days. Again, we were very pleased with how it was handled and more importantly, how it looks. Job well done.

Kyle was our salesman and he helped us choose the right type of artificial grass for our dogs to be places near our spa and pool. He took the time to explain the benefits of one type grass over the other. The company then set me up to have a crew come by and complete the installation, they were completed in less than 3 hours, amazing!! The install crew was very polite and courteous, I could not have asked for a better team or company to install our beautiful grass.

Kyle was very helpful and punctual. He helped us pick the right grass and never felt pressured. They scheduled me quick even though they are very busy. He came and watched over the crew while they installed it which made me feel even more comfortable. A+ for service, and quality. I will have them come again for the front yard hopefully next year!

I am so excited to have my new "lawn" installed. i filled out an online inquiry/estimate request at the Arizona Luxury Lawns & Greens website. I received a call the following day to set up a convenient time to come to my home and do an estimate and show me samples of various artificial grass choices. i was impressed with the professional presentation of the company and the product. All my questions were answered and I felt confident that this company would do an excellent job. Rather than get more estimates, i decided to go with this company. I selected my "grass" and then Tyler called me later that day after checking the schedule. i was able to have the team install later in the week. The first day 2 workmen arrived to take care of the preparation. They were efficient and worked meticulously to clear the old grass away and level off the soil which took about 1.5 hours. The following day four guys came to do the installation. i watched the entire process from the window and found the incredible teamwork amazing. Each person had a special job, but they all worked in unison. They took pride in their work and were skilled in their craftsmanship. Everything was done with care and professionalism. All the old sprinklers were capped and are no longer visible. I found it so interesting to watch and was amazed that the job from start to finish took only about two hours. i am so delighted with my new lawn. it is really beautiful and looks so natural. i am relieved that i will have no more sprinkler repairs, over seeding or lawn and weed care - and I will be happy to see lower water bills. It seemed a little pricey during the estimate, but i know now that it will be worth every penny.

I obtained quotes from 3 different companies. Kyle was the first to come out. I was unable to answer some of his specific questions so he returned a week later to talk to my husband about his putting green. Once we decided to go with his company, Kyle was able to give us a start date that worked in our time frame (within one week). He and the workers showed up promptly, even though it was raining - and anticipated that the job may have to be postponed. However, his team worked through the rain the entire day to get the job done. We love our new lawn and have spent more time in our backyard in the last month, than we have the 5 years we've lived here.

They were on time and finished the job in one day. It was problem free and I was impressed with their professionalism. There were no problems and I am very happy with the end result. I shopped around and this was the best company I found after interviewing 5 different synthetic grass businesses.
