Worked with Kyle on all aspects of the job from quoting, to questions, to scheduling, to install; he was punctual and knowledgeable about the materials and process. All work was done to the specification, crews showed up on-time and completed the work as expected. The turf looks outstanding. I knew the install work was best left to professionals and indeed Kyle had a large crew (7-8 people) here to get the work done and they worked hard for roughly 7-8 hours just to do the install (not including the removal of old sod). I especially appreciated the attention to detail - they took a lot of time to make sure the final product looked perfect; trimming very precisely and lots of attention to the finer points of the install. They cleaned up everything when done and even washed down the street where they had been working. I would definitely recommend their work - very professional. Also as this was our first time installing artificial turf we went to view other customers installations, they were more than happy to provide addresses and the type of turf by location. For our HOA they provided a sample of the turf for the approval process. I also appreciated that they only use American made turf with a long warranty; 10 years on the installation, and 15 years on the turf itself. I understand that there are a lot on inferior China products in the market that do not hold up well over time; I wanted to avoid those issues. We trusted Kyle's inputs on what would look best to our wish list and he was also able to guide us in what he has seen work well given our particular application.

They installed while we were out of town. When we came back it looked perfect, all cleaned up, no evidence that the turf hadn't always been there!

We LOVE our new putting green and artificial turf that Arizona Luxury Lawns & Putting Greens recently installed! The entire process went very smoothly and we really enjoyed working with Jake and Lisa throughout the process, they were great. The artificial turf looks like real grass and the putting green looks like a green you'd see at a PGA Tour event. Jake provided thorough information regarding their products and guarantees which I really appreciated and also provided ideas for some contours in the putting green for breaks and elevation changes. They even had me hit some putts to make sure the green was rolling at the speed I wanted. It took them about 8 hours from start to finish and they left our backyard in pristine condition. The entire crew was very friendly and they worked extremely efficiently (I'd recommend staying home and watching the process, it's pretty impressive). Everybody that has seen the putting green and turf are blown away with the quality and how real they look. They are also extremely jealous, so be ready for that. :) We now have a beautiful place right in our backyard that we, our friends and our family will enjoy for many years! Also, since I am a golfer, it will be an invaluable investment to help me with my short game and putting. The putts roll true (actually better than a lot of courses I play on) and the ball reacts like it would on a real green when you chip (the ball will bite and check up like the real deal). Bottom line is if you're looking for a putting green and/or artificial turf, I HIGHLY recommend Arizona Luxury Lawns and Putting Greens, you'll be very happy you chose them for your project! Jake came out and gave us an estimate on replacing our putting green with another putting green and also an estimate on doing just artificial turf. He brought out samples of the different grasses and explained everything very well. He left me with a brochure on their company that I could show my husband. We decided to just replace the whole area with artificial turf. We scheduled a date and Jake called a few days before to confirm. They were here exactly when they said they would be and worked in horrible heat until the job was done. They hauled away our old putting green and cleaned everything up when they finished. They even swept our driveway. Our new lawn looks INCEDIBLE. I am so happy with the work they did and how much better our back yard now looks. This company is so professional and their price was VERY GOOD!!! I would highly recommend this company!

I am not a very trusting person to begin with but after reading multiple reviews of companies in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area that installed putting greens and artificial grass lawns I had Arizona Luxury Lawns and Greens out for an estimate. I specifically asked for Kyle or Chris as they had great reviews on several websites. I scheduled an appointment and Kyle showed up on time, in a company vehicle, and was very professional. He listened to my vision of how I wanted the putting green and grass area installed then offered his observations as to how we could tweak it here or there a touch to ensure I received the best possible surface to putt on. We discussed all options, price, and time before installation would take place. When I asked Kyle how/when do I pay he said I don't owe them a dime until the job is finished and I am happy with the product and installation. Seriously? That told me a ton about this company right there. At that point I said "let's do it". After meeting with Kyle, looking at their product, discussing the installation process and remembering how good their reviews were, I decided there wasn't a need to shop any more companies. Kyle came out the day before installation was scheduled and walked the area where I was going to have the putting green and artificial yard placed and marked the areas with spray paint to ensure I liked the layout. Once that was done I asked him if there was any way to add another few feet to the length and width of the artificial yard area. Kyle's response......."absolutely "(Remember that this was the day before installation). The next day the crews showed up on time and again were very professional. Since I had two separate projects going in (yard on one side of the house and putting green on the other) about 10-12 workers showed up. I was impressed with the manner in which they installed both products. I watched them methodically prepare the surfaces (putting/yard) and then secure the grass to the ground and they painstakingly worked to ensure it was perfect. I swear I've never seen people pay that close attention to detail and ensure each fastener was placed between the grass blades so not even one blade was bent over and secured improperly. Once the crew was done with the yard area they could have left but they didn't. Instead, they immediately went over and began helping the putting green crew on their project. So imagine how impressive it was to look out back and see 10-12 people working on your project. Talk about feeling like you are the companies most important customer. During the installation project Kyle was at the house to ensure everything was installed as we had agreed and he ensured the green had undulation where I wanted it and that the bunker and chipping areas were precisely in the right place. During the installation process I saw a guy unloading 50 pound bags of product from the back of a truck and carrying them over to where the guys were working. This guy wasn't in the same type of "uniform" the workers were so I asked Kyle who he was. Kyle said "that's the owner Chris". Seriously? He was at my house for a few hours helping with the process and along with Kyle ensuring everything was perfect. I absolutely couldn't be happier with this company. The putting green rolls like a true golf course green and no stone was left unturned during this process. We interviewed a number of firms prior to selecting a contractor and included Arizona Luxury Lawns & Greens because they were recommended by an acquaintance, who gave them an exceptional review. We have not been disappointed, but have been extremely pleased with the entire experience. Kyle and his crews were extremely responsive, personable, professional and thorough. All of the work was completed to our satisfaction, on time (in some instances earlier than promised), and the quality of the work is excellent.The putting green and the surrounding turf does not look artificial but looks natural and real; a beautiful addition to our back yard. I would be pleased to recommend Kyle and Arizona Luxury Lawns & Greens to anyone interested in installing a lawn or putting green.

The job was AWESOME! The end result has all our friends wanting to do their back yards. They were punctual. They did what they said they would do. They removed our old dead grass and put down a bed of "filler".... then the artificial turf that look and feels GREAT!! They give you all the details when they come out and give you an estimate.... and it all happens just as they promised. My wife is so happy we did this I only wish I had spent/invested the money sooner. They have good prices.... but it is still a chunk of change =) It is well worth it unless you love watering and mowing and fertilizing and spraying for weeds and bugs and reseeding and lawn mower maintenance

Arizona Luxury Lawns and Greens was great. Their crew came in the morning and were out before lunch. The job was done and you could tell that they know their business. It is beautiful. They even used a blower and removed fallen leaves in an area where the turf wash't even installed. You might say they went above and beyond my expectations. I had bids for the whole yard with a landscaper who I used but did not use their turf guys. Instead I used Arizona Luxury lawns and Kyle Dunkle who is very knowledgeable and ended up saving me over $700 off the Landscapers bid. Kyle worked with the landscaper to schedule the install. If you are going to install artificial turf you need not look any further, and yes, I would without question use them again if I ever have turf needs.

It was awesome. Even though they showed up two days before the scheduled date, the salesmen was professional and the workers were too. They cleaned up as they went, they asked questions when necessary and they were very careful not to cut any electrical or drip lines. They even repaired a few lines! This service was terrific.

I called and spoke with Jake Knights and requested a quote. We set an appointment date and time, and he was prompt and thorough reviewing the area, the options we had, as well as the costs. He was very professional and we selected Arizona Luxury Lawns to do the job based on his professionalism and the previous reviews on Angie's List. The crew arrived on the scheduled date at 7:00 a.m. as we had agreed to and immediately started work. We followed the progress throughout the day of their construction of the putting green, and associated fringe. It went very well and they were finished up by 3:00 pm. We are very pleased with the finished product, and the knowledge that we have a 10 year warranty should anything go wrong in the future. Great Job!

We've been debating getting artificial turf in our backyard since we moved to Arizona. The cost then was so expensive, we went with real grass & regretted it ever since. After 8 years of struggling with irrigation problems, lousy soil, overseeding, summer & winter grass, mediocre lawn services, we decided to look at artificial turf again.Called AZ Luxury Lawns (based on great web reviews). Kyle came out and was thoroughly professional & helpful during the estimate. He took a lot of time to answer all our questions , debate the merits/drawbacks of the different turf options and assure us that this was a wise choice (after all, this is a big "investment" in our outdoor space). He even offered to give us the address of one of his customers who'd had the same type of turf installed. That was a huge help in making a decision. Once we gave the "go ahead", Kyle made sure we got scheduled promptly and everyone showed up on time. In fact, he asked if the "demo" crew (to remove the old sod) could come out a day early…which was great by us. That crew and the 2nd day's crew (prepping the ground & installing the turf) were professional, polite, and spent every minute here, working hard, to ensure the lawn looked wonderful. We've done a lot of remodeling in our house over the past 8 years, and this was by far the best experience we've had with work crews. Seamless. Office staff, estimator, work crew….Great job everyone! I worked with AZ Luxury Lawns on a small project years ago and remembered the good experience I had. When I bought a new home that had grass in the front and back yards, I knew I didn't want to deal with the upkeep of grass lawns (watering, mowing, fertizing, etc.). Kyle came out and showed me the various products I could choose from. Within a couple of weeks, the backyard was done. It took probably another 5 weeks to get the front yard done as I was dealing with an HOA Architecture Committee, getting permission to change to artificial turf. As soon as the approval came through, the front was installed, and I must say it looks so much better than the grass of some neighbors that has brown patches in it. Buying a home has proven to be a frustrating exercise due to the amount of work and repairs that we have chosen to do. However, BY FAR the biggest bright spot has been the work Kyle and his team have done on our backyard. The lawn, putting green, and curbing has proved to be my favorite part of the new house. Kyle was professional, and was on time with every single deliverable that was promised. I would enthusiastically recommend AZ Luxury Lawns to anybody and everybody.

We did like them, they were good. We are very happy with it and our little doggy likes it. The people that came to do the work were all hard working, knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. They go the work done. We were happy with it. There was no problem.

Everything was great, no problem, everything was fine. They were on time, they did the job, they weren't too expensive, everything was good.

They did pretty well so I have no complaints about them. They had a good customer service and they were personable. They came by when they did not really have to to fix things and they were cheaper than everybody else. I would definitely use them again in the future if the need arises.

We wanted change our back lawn to Artificial Turf and called a number of places to get bids on the job. I finally decided on AZ Luxury Lawns. We decided on them for a number of reasons. Their price was very competitive, they were the only one that used US Made Turf, the others used a low grade Chinese brand. I have read reviews on them both here on Angie's list and other sites and all were extremely favorable. Of particular note was the representative names Kyle sent out to do the measurement and bid on the job. He was very professional and had an outstanding knowledge of Artifical and landscaping. This impression was one of the key reasons for going with them. He came with the crew on Thursday to remove the old lawn grass and showed up promptly on Saturday morning as was agreed. They did a beautiful job on my lawn and most importantly cleaned up my yard and driveway where the material had been dumped. I did a lot of home work on the selection of this company and the use of Lawn Turfs and it seems most use inferior Chinese made products, Luxury uses only Top Quality US made products.

The project went extremely well. We called AZ Luxury Lawns to arrange for a day and time for an estimate. Jake from AZ Luxury Lawns arrived on time. He was very courteous, very knowledgeable about the product, and answered all our questions. With his help, we selected the type of turf that was suitable for our needs. Jake explained that the installation would take two days;i.e., one day to remove the existing lawn, and the next day to install the turf. We arranged for the day, and right on time, the turf removal crew arrived. The crew expertly removed the grass with precision. They cleaned up the yard and the sidewalks in the front and backyards, leaving our place just as it was before the work had started (except, of course, the lawn had been removed). The next day, right on schedule, the crew arrived to install the turf. This crew was also expert at the job. All crew members knew their role and worked as a coordinated team. Jake was onsite for the install, which was reassuring for me, knowing that he was there to resolve any problems, which there were none. The artificial lawn is BEAUTIFUL. We are fully and completely satisfied with the job that was done, and we would highly recommend AZ Lawns to anyone who wants a beautiful, natural-looking lawn all year round with no mowing, raking, fertilizing, and most of all here in the desert, there's no watering.
