Employees are extremely customer-oriented and clearly aim to please and are highly responsive to any requests. Supervisors periodically check their work. No problems. I highly recommend them.

We have been using Arizona CleanPROS for almost 5 years and am very satisfied with the services provided. The office always calls one day prior to the cleaning service, and the team arrives on time (if not, they will send a note or reach by phone). The communication is smooth. There were one or two occasions that we had to contact the office to report some minor issues. and we did observe the improvement. I would highly recommend this company to my friends!

Consistently good. I would highly recommend them. Pleasant team that does a great job. Priced a bit higher than others that I've used but you get what you pay for. And they do a nice job. Worth the cost.

I was particularly impressed when Aida the director of cleaning services, came in and introduced yourself to me and walked around the house. Julia, Anna, and Laura, the members of team five, did a tremendous job. The house is spotlessly clean and smells wonderful. They did a very thorough job. They dusted the tops of all the cabinets, got into the cracks were dust piled up, cleaned the tracks on the windows, and the bathrooms are sparkling. They were very efficient, punctual, and pleasant. I used this firm before for another move out and highly recommend them.

Aida Armour and her team of three just completed a deep clean of our house. Aida and her team were incredibly friendly, and the results of the deep clean are amazing! They did a thorough job, and were incredibly efficient. The price was extremely reasonable, and we WILL be hiring Arizona cleanPROS again.

They are good. They did a great job for me. A team of three came out and work about three hours doing a power clean. They were not cheap, but they did a really good job. They were very good. I told them what I wanted to have done and they did that and more. Everything was spic and span they did a really excellent job. We had some scratches in the sink and they did good to get them out. There wasn't anything after the fact that I had to go back and tell them to do again.

We had our condo deep cleaned and Arizona cleanPROS did an amazing job! We decided to hire them off of reviews, and also because our last cleaning service did not do a very good job. My mother, who ran her own cleaning business for over 15 years, was beyond impressed and thought they did a better job then anyone else she has ever seen.

Team 4 came to our house today, and did a beautiful job. I am always impressed by how efficiently the Team tackles each room, leaving sparkle and shine as they go. Thank you Team 4, Corina, Mercedes and Gizela for a great job.

Trying to be succint as possible, I've summarized my frustration in using AZcleanPROS. I also have pictures of the areas that were not cleaned. I hired Az cleanPROS to conduct a deep cleaning, move-in cleaning for my "new house", 1190 sq ft, 2 bedroom, 1 den, 2 bathrooms. Crew was 40 minutes late on Monday (2/13/17) morning. I gave them instructions on what I needed cleaned and also gave them a list of things that did not need cleaning. I thought it'd reduce their workload. My home is 1190 sq ft. In the end I was charged for 10.5 man hours (3.5 hours, 3 ladies). After further inspection there were many areas of concern: tile floor in living area/kitchen were not vacuumed/swept or mopped. a big cobweb in a corner of the 2nd bedroom closet doors in 2nd bedroom completely dusty some of the blinds still had dust caked on horizontal surfaces that had dust caked on (tops of blinds, window sills, thermostat, etc.) we pulled out the fridge and noticed big dust balls and a lot of dirt - it was not cleaned all sides of fridge were not cleaned they didn't finish cleaning a drawer in the kitchen island, leaving dirt/hair including their wash rag I also noticed one of the ladies standing on top of my washer to clean blinds/shelves - how about using a step ladder? On Tuesday, I called their offices and I was told that a different cleaning crew with supervisor would be at my house on Wednesday at 4pm. on Wednesday, the office called me at 4:45 saying they'd be another 30-40 minutes. She told me my appointment time was 4:30 not 4pm (supposedly). Either way they were extremely late not showing up until 5:45. It was too late, I had evening plans and the sun was going down. The same cleaning crew showed up and no supervisor, as promised. During our discussion the lead lady told me their one and only vacuum broke after cleaning the first set of blinds (7 blinds total). No wonder the house still looked dirty, including my tiled floors. Claudia called the office and got Sophia on the phone and I complained about the late arrival and the broken vacuum on Monday and she scheduled the crew to come out for a 3rd time on Thursday at 3:30. On Thursday, same crew arrived at 3:45 and worked for an hour. They addressed the areas of my concern and I inspected their work. In the end the work was done but I was still left feeling frustrated. I had taken a vacation day Monday from work so I could be available to meet the crew, I left work early to be at the house on Wednesday at 4pm, and I left work early again on Thursday to be at the house by 3:30. My plans for this week were to have the house cleaned on Monday and to be able to begin painting the interior on Tuesday or Wednesday. This poor cleaning service obviously affected my timeline and it severely impacted my personal and professional time. Every minute wasted for me means that I am either sacrificing time at my job, time from prepping my new home, or time from packing and moving. Their poor service impacted me in all areas. On Friday around 3:30 pm I called their office and asked to speak to a manager. Alyssa asked if she could help and I expressed my frustration and that I wanted to talk to a manager about a refund. She said a manager would call me back. On Monday after no return call I called them at 2:30 pm and spoke with Sophia. She said that they sent a crew multiple times to my home and that they couldn't refund my money. I asked her if they had even considered refunding any of my money, she said no. I asked her if her business was built on recommendations, referrals and repeat customers. She said yes. I asked her if they would have liked for me to be a repeat customer and said she yes and they were sorry I wasn't pleased with their services. I told her I'd be writing a bad review on their business on Angie's list, Yelp and BBB and I sarcastically thanked her for NOT calling me back and she hung up on me. Overall I'm really surprised that a business that is built on customer satisfaction and referrals - wouldn't even try to earn my future business. They just dismissed me and my feedback. I'm really disappointed. I am sure that there are many truly satisfied customers, as evidenced by their high ratings (a reason why I chose them). But I was an unlucky one and it's disappointing on how they didn't do much to make me feel better as a customer. Loyal customers can be earned by a solid apology and a chance to make things right. All they did was pacify me by sending out their crew multiple times - so they could finish the job and move on to the next. And how does a 1190 sq ft home that is empty (with many additional things that didn't need cleaning) take 11.5 hours? In my experience, their business name is misleading - there is a lot improvements needed to meet the merits of their name: AZ cleanPROS.

Perfect! AzCleanPros Team 2 has cleaned my home for four years. The only way to describe their service is OUTSTANDING!!!
