Description of Work: We use them for our vacation house in Scottsdale. They are very accomodating to our needs and keep us up to date with the progress. We had them add laundry (for the linens) this time which added to the cost (time it took) but it was completely explained to us and totally acceptable.

Description of Work: Cleaned house top to bottom and washed windows inside and out. Usually 3-4 ladies who clean with a supervisor. Excellent job!!!

Description of Work: Clean house, dishes. Asked to clean my windows but my windows are unique and hard to fully access the inside panes (I have two layers of windows about 5 inches apart for soundproofing. They managed to pull it off track and is had to point out the problem. Thankfully, the manager/owner came out to my property to view it and helped to fix it. I was very pleased by their reaction to the problem. Big thumbs up to the ownership for resolving my concerns!

Description of Work: Price seems high for a 1500 sf ,Condo. Just had a Groupon for $90 cleaning and their quality was just as good but cost alot less

Description of Work: Needed a cleaning last minute before Thanksgiving. My bother was foreclosed and moving into a new rental. It was filthy. Although Arizona Clean Pro couldn't get to us until after Thanksgiving they recommended another company that could see us same day. Now that's customer service. Will definitely contract then the next time we need a home cleaning.

Description of Work: THE CLEANING STAFF ARRIVED ON TIME. BROUGHT THEIR OWN SUPPLIES. THERE WERE 3 WOMAN TO CLEAN HOME. THEY WORKED HARD, ASKING APPROPRIATE QUESTIONS. USED A HOT WATER STEAMER THAT I REQUESTED BE USED ON MY TILE FLOORS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Description of Work: They came and did a complete house cleaning in December. I was very pleased and had them come back monthly, now they are coming by twice a month. The owners wife is there to supervise every time. They are always on time, do a good job and are not afraid of dogs. That is important because I don't like locking my dogs outside every time the house is cleaned. I have used cheaper services, but none have done a better job.

Description of Work: Punctual and did great job. Price quote on phone didn't match what I was asked to pay on date of service. Spoke to owner and reached an agreeable amount. They do a good job however be prepared to pay.

We have gone through the usual problems finding a cleaning company in the past and this is the first time we have been very satisfied. Description of Work: We were very pleased with the quality of the services. Our home was very dirty; with two kids & rescue dogs. The cleaners did a fantastic job, despite the dog juggling by my husband while they were here. We will be using Arizona Clean Pros on a regular basis from now on.

Description of Work: Came and cleaned our house for a move in. Called Friday and came on Saturday. Steve came to over see the crew and they did a great job. I would use them again.
