They attached the dressers to the walls so the children won?t fall over on it. They installed the baby gates on my staircase so I don?t have to worry about the children climbing up and down and falling. They put locks to the cabinets which had chemicals which were under the sink. I had used them on my first home in 2005. My baby gates are made of metal and they are attached to the wall. They charge $180 for one baby gate. They custom made those gates for my stairwell. They put outlet covers on the outlets and it was few dollars a piece. You pay for the item you want and the installation fee is included in that. They come with the van and they have everything on it that you need. They custom cut the metal gate to fit your stairwell. They were very professional. I am very please with them. I would definitely use them again. I will have them come back and secure the cabinets and things like that.

The installer placed his tool box on top of the corian counter top on the center island of the kitchen. He failed to notice the wood screw underneath his tool box and it gouged the corian in a line in approximately 13+ inches. Upon follow-up the owner, Chad, contact us and said he would have someone out to inspect. This counter top repair man found that not only was the counter gouged, it was cracked. Chad disputed that the tool box could carry that weight and refused to acknowledge the crack. The repair man was engaged by Chad to repair the entire counter top and we agreed to cover 200 of the costs. The repair man never showed, when he was called he said he was waiting for Chad to pay him up front. We rescheduled and he never showed again. No follow-up calls from Chad or anyone at Childproofers. Sent a certified letter to Chad and he followed up with a voice mail. We had the counter top repaired and will be seeking reimbursement.
