From start to finish, they pressed forward to make sure the Generac Standby Generator they provided was delivered, installed and commissioned properly and successfully, including overseeing the delivery and installation of the fuel supply for the generator. After installation and commissioning, they were consistently available and on-site to fine tune the generator to assure that it was working properly. At all times during the process, I had access via text and cell phone to the sales team and project supervisor, who both promptly returned calls or texts or answered questions -- even on weekends. When on-site assistance was needed, they were always available. I know, too, that down the road, i can count on Arizona Backup to provide me with 24/7 support, especially given the nature of the generator and its importance during outages. Of especial mention was the after-installation attention I was provided. The supervision team wanted extra attention paid to restoring my property to a satisfactory condition -- seeing as there was extensive trenching, digging and soil piling to facilitate installation -- and when completed, they made sure that grading and appearance was restored. I am thankful for their quality, promptness, stick-with-it attitude and customer-friendly service. Solid group of people. Arizona Backup Power came to my rescue where dishonest electrical contractor screwed up the solar as well as the generator install on my home. It was wired poorly and incorrectly, and did not work. The guy who installed it was no show no call. I called few other contractors in Scottsdale and they also had zero interest in helping me. Finally, when I called Arizona Backup Power, they came over to my home, and they had it all corrected for me. I am really thankful to them!

The whole process of selecting the proper natural gas powered generator, figuring out the placement and all integration with my home electric panels, gas meter, and more was completed with no hurdle and the installation looks good too. When the electrical work was being done, they also repaired and cleaned up some of my previously done wiring that was left incorrect by the house flipper who I purchased the home from. I give the Arizona Backup Power Company five stars for its work replacing and upgrading my dated main electric panel at my Scottsdale home. It was a smooth process. They coordinated all necessary permits and approvals with APS and the City, The work looks clean and they installed top of the line new panel that should last another 25 years or more.
