Wow! What a refreshing experience to deal with a knowledgeable, professional like Glen. He came to our house the same day I put in the request and had my system installed the very next morning. His crew was timely, respectful and obviously knew what they were doing. Clean up and the system is great! A far cry from my previous experiences with other companies in the past. EXCELLENT team!!!

We purchased our system from Glenn, my parents also purchased at the same time. Glenn treated my parents very respectfully, and that meant the world to me! So far, we are very happy with our systems! Just moved to AZ and knew a water softener was a must! When I first spoke to Glenn (the CEO) he was so personal and so passionate about his product! *and let me say, I had no idea Glenn was the CEO. I thought he was the salesman. When Glenn came to my home, his excitement about what he does just showed how much he believes in his product. Not only did he have installers at my house the next day, but Glenn came over in the evening on his way to picking up his finance for dinner to make sure everything went well. What CEO does that?! *As a side note, I had an error msg on tank 2 weeks after the install & couldn't find the main office phone number for some reason. I called Glenn's cell. Glenn was at the airport on his way to Italy. He took my call, gave me a phone number to contact, and followed up with me before getting on the plane to make sure I was taken care of. And YES! The water tastes fantastic! My ice cubes are clear and my skin feels great! Hire this company! More importantly; hire this man!!!

Glenn is committed to offering the best value rather than the cheapest product! The installation was next day and done with precision - and they even serviced my RO system. Then what most don't do - he followed up after the sale to ensure my satisfaction.

Glenn answered all of my questions was very professional. Installation was quick and I didn't have to wait several days to have it installed. The person who installed it answered all of my questions too. Glenn followed up with me and came to the house to check and made sure everything was installed right and to my satisfaction. You can definitely tell the difference in the water , the way it taste and feels in the shower. My laundry looks better. I would recommend your company to friends.

I already knew I wanted to purchase a water softener system, just needed to feel confident about who was coming into my home to install it and get some assistance with financing. They were able to get the paperwork processed and the system installed in a very short amount of time. Notable differences with the soft water! less water spots, less soap needed, softer skin, no more yellow color/tint to the water.

This company was very easy to work with. Glenn was very quick to contact me once appointment was made. He was professional and friendly. He was able to see us the next day. Once we agreed, the system was placed the next day. The installer was very professional and informative, he was able to answer all my wife's questions, and she can be very thorough. Best water I have tasted! I was able to notice the difference same day. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Being a picky customer with a mechanical background I pay attention to the quality of the products I purchase and also the quality of the installation. This is a great product and the install went right on time as scheduled with quality workmanship - I was also impressed with their efficiency. They had units in stock and my needs were taken care of the next day, I HIGHLY recommend this company !

Glen came out to talk to us about his whole house water treatment. He checked out various sections of the house with regard to install of the system & what it might require. when it was decided that we would in fact purchase his system, Glen gave us a window of time for the very next day, Saturday. Fidel & Gerardo, his expert installers, were there in the middle of estimated time.They went right to work, answered all of our questions & concerns. Fidel was very knowledgeable of the equipment and systems requirements. they cleaned up all of their work areas just as if they had never been there. They set up the unit in just position I requested without hesitation, and even connected our fridge to the waterline, it was not yet connected and we didn't know how to do it ourselves, so that our instant water & ice would be on the Aquaco system. Glen so far has always answered any of my phone calls as questions have popped up. We have enjoyed great tasting and feeling water now for a week. So far so great!!!

Aquaco saw me the same day I called. There was no waiting a week for them to show up and give me an estimate. The water treatment system I purchased was installed the very next day. Again no waiting! The installation crew arrived on time and completed the installation quickly. My property was left clean and neat. They also explained how the system worked before they left. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Glenn was the first one to call and came the next day. Our water was so bad our dishes were looking filmy and my hair was being weighed down by the hard water deposits. Our clothes are softer and cleaner, my hair is clean and fluffy and our glass dishes are clear and clean. We are very satisfied with the professional work and extra things he did. It is wonderful to have soft water throughout our home and be able to drink out of every faucet if we choose.
