Aqua Spa rocks! I am new to owning a hot tub, and the one I have is pretty old (circa 1999), but Aqua Spa was professional, friendly, and responsive from the first call to service completion. The appointment coordinator, Alicia, was so pleasant to work with and the pricing was clear upfront. The service technician, Chris Irving, was on time, quickly identified the problem, and replaced a faulty part on the spot in just minutes! He also walked me through the problem, what to look for in the future, and how to improve my spa's performance. You will be my go-to experts from now on!

They took a week longer than they told me to repair the pump and then showed up to install the pump without notifying me they were coming so they entered my property without my knowledge or permission when I was not home. I am retired so I could have been available any time had they called me the day before to let me know when they were coming. They damaged the valve to the waterfall and made me pay for the replacement part.

Disappointed that the diverter valve was nearly inaccessible... Dave quoted me an estimate, but said it would only be a 'best effort'... I appreciated his honesty instead of leading me down the money pit path :) NO MORE LEAKS though... the motor and impeller replacement was perfect :)
