It took awhile to confirm the appt time, but once Darrell showed up he did a great job, I was very pleased with the service on the heater and will use them again. Thank you.

The first visit the guys were on time and seemed fairly knowledgable. The next scheduled visit did not occur as the person was running behind, the next day it rained so no control after that, the next day that he was supposed to show up, there was again a problem with another client. The final day that he was to show up, he was late and then overcharged by $100. This was corrected by within a weeks time. In addition, the last person who was there did not appear too knowledgable and spent a lot of time on the phone tying to figure out how to change the heater on the spa.

I HAD TECH MAN STEVE HE WAS LITTLE LATE SO I WAS WAITING FOR CALL SO I WENT TO THE STORE THEN HE CALLED ME WHEN HE GOT TO MY HOUSE WHICH WAS OK THEN I GET A CALL FROM KEITH SAID SPA PART WAS GOING TO BE IN NEXT TUESDAY WHEN I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE INSTALLED THURS 12/3 I WAS TO GET A CALL BACK ON WENS TO KNOW IF THEY COULD GET PART ANY FASTER ANYWAY NEVER GOT A CALL BACK WENS OR THURS LEFT MESSAGE I WILL ORDER PART MYSELF AND INSTALL PLEASE TAKE SERVISE CALL $95 AND RETURN REST OF MY CHECK VERY UN HAPPY I DO NOT WANT TO RATE PUT THIS IS THE ONLY WAY IT WILL SUBMITT

He showed up on time and went above and beyond with his service. This is my first time to own a spa and he was willing to walk me through all the steps for maintenance while I took notes. He made sure I totally understood before he left. The spa looked great after he finished servicing it.
