We had a leak in our spa. Service was same day, but a part needed to be ordered. Three business days later we were fixed. Steve was knowledgeable with the equipment and quick to make the repairs.

Keith quickly discovered the problem with our broken Jacuzzi bath tub in our newly purchased house, fixed it on the spot and then not only filled to tub to check that it was working, but ran chemicals through it to clean the pipes of what seemed liked years worth of gunk! Thanks, Keith!

The problem I had was a minor one. I was finding O rings on the bottom of the pool. The Tech came and diagnosed the problem and reinstalled the O rings. He did not make a mountain out of a mohill. I was charged a fair price for the call out. I will hire them again if need be. They were fair and honest.

The technician was very courteous and knew the product very well. Although the job was not finished, parts will be ordered and we will use Aqua Spa and Pool, LLC. Highly recommend them.

Aqua Spa was able to get someone out the same day. They didn't have the part needed to repair the spa on their first visit and it took a couple of days to get, but the repair man always called me to give me an update. My only concern is that I didn't get a quote for the "main circuit board" I needed. I was told by the repair man that I would get a quote, but never got it! I was shocked when I got the invoice.
