I had a 12 year old Hot Springs Spa that wasn't working. I wanted someone to give me an appraisal about the wisdom of investing repair money in to it, The service tech came when he said he would, gave me an estimate for the cost to repair it. We decided not to repair it. He gave me a lead to Hot Tub Pros, a company that refurbishes Hot Springs Spas and resells them for a good price, hauls the old one away. I appreciated his honesty and the lead to the solution that really worked well for us. Thanks for an honest service man!

The repair was completed, the repair man did a good job. My only complaint is the repair cost was more than the quoted price I agreed to.

They did a great job. I would give them 4-5 stars. Very friendly and explained the problem well.

They did an excellent job of responding to my request and were able to fix my spa without any issues. The tech was very professional and I would recommend them highly.

Spent $100 for the initial hr to find out I needed a new tub temp. sensor. Charged $90 plus $30 S&H for new sensor. Local spa works (less than a mile away) stocks my temp. sensor for $35. Do your research on price before paying Aqua Spa prices. Charged $95 for 2nd visit to replace temp. sensor. Tech replaced sensor and spa still remained in watchdog mode. He recommended that I seek a second opinion. Dropped $350 for initial visit, over-priced part, and the reommendation to get a second opinion. Tech was nice, but DO NOT USE AQUA SPA!!!

Service was timely and the technician was knowledgeable.

They were very prompt courteous and professional and the spa works fine now, but after researching the parts cost on Ebay, I feel i did pay a premium for the parts installed, over what I could buy just the parts for, But there service was very good and well done, and timely.

Nothing about this company was good. On the first visit--the employee brought his wife with him to work. They were never prompt and always had to go somewhere to get things that they did not bring with them(wrong tool, wrong part). Our jets were not working on our hot tub and they still are not. It's like taking a warm bath with no pressure. You expect repairs to be like or better. They did neither and will not fix the issue still at hand.

I had my Spa worked on by 'All About Pools AZ' which ended up making things worst instead of better (the 'repair' guy Pete burned out my control board!). After the failure of the other service company to fix my Spa, Servicemagic.com put me in touch with Aqua Spa and Pool. Steve came out to take a look at my Spa and worked with me to get the correct parts. When the parts arrived he was right back and in no time had my Spa back up and running. I wish this is the route I had gone the first time as now I am out 1000+ due to the incompetence of the first company, which now will not back up their work. An expensive lesson to be sure.

Great service, follow up and overall a great job!!

Steve came back three times to complete everything that needed done. There was a slight leak barely detectable that needed repair before I had the Spa detailed. I was very pleased with the results and am happy to be back into the spa routine.

Work was done well, but serviceman went over quoted amount because he had trouble removing the old pump because the bolts had rusted. After work was performed, we continued to receive phone calls for several months from them looking for more business. The calls were related to service & maintenance on portable fiberglass hot tubs which is not what we have.

Job was incomplete and afetr paying an enormous cost for very little work and now having to go out and purchase the remaining parts and install them myself i feel i should notify the BBB and give them a review of this company.

They did a great job for me however they charged $115.00 for a visit on somethingthey could have diagnosed over the phone. The man did not spend 15 mn. at the house. However on the other side they let me have the option to do the repair myself and ordered the parts needed for me to install myself saving me another service call of $115.00 for another 5 min of work. Kudos for that. The service man was great however with only a 15 min. visit and what could have been done over the phone for $115.00 I think a discounted rate for that should have been offered.
