Almost immediate initial response; over-the-phone first guess at the problem was correct; inside coordinator Jennifer handled the appointment (the next day) and follow-up/billing; technician Edward showed on-time, very polite/professional and everything went as planned. Super satisfied ... great to know I have a reliable resource if ever needed again.

Jennifer is more than fabulous and does a tremendous job in representing this company. She manages the incoming calls, scheduling and payments (and I'm sure much more, but this was my experience). She is extremely knowledgeable about the detail of service provided and the costs associated. She answered all my questions and ensured ongoing communication to the servicing technician, John. John was professional, hard-working, prompt and thorough in the cleaning and chemical treatment he provided. Top notch experience, THANK YOU!

Fantastic service! Was an "emergency" (to me) since my spa was leaking just before family arrived for Thanksgiving. Keith made special arrangements to fix the problem and was extremely accommodating to me on this last minute job. I cannot thank him enough and will absolutely use their service the next time. This is a class AAA company. Jennifer, who took my call, was very pleasant to talk with. Professional, empathetic--a perfect office engineer! Edward is a top-notch technician. He can look at a project and tackle it quicker than superman---and without commercials! If I ever get in trouble I'd like to have Edward at my side; he can bend steel with his bare-hands. I HAD THE SPA SIDE OPEN,CONTROL MODULE OPEN BEFORE THE TECH GOT THERE. HE DID A FINE JOB.MY ONLY WISH WOULD HAVE BEEN THAT THE TECH ASK IF I WANTED THE SPA CLOSED UP BEFORE HE LEFT. NO BIG DEAL,JUST GOOD POLICY FOR ANY REPAIRMAN.

Edward, the technician tried to save me money by repairing the old pump. Great company, show up when they say they will, told me up front how much everything would cost.

my hot tub jets had stopped. when I pushed the button I could hear a relay clicking and a faint humming sound. dreading what I feared might be a costly repair, I was soon on homeadvisor.com. I am glad they put me in touch with the good, honest people at Aqua Spa & Pool. the technician, Edward (hard for me to forget his name) hads my hot tub functioning properly in a few minutes, and all I had to pay was the fee for the "service call". the problem was a poorly installed circuit breaker. jiggle it, and it functions. once again, thanks Edward!

AQUA came out as promised. My spa looks like new after they did their spa cleaning.. I read their reviews(120) and found them to be superior. I was unclear as to what the other comanies were actualling going to charge me. Their price for a new motor was very fair and they exceeded my expectations.I am in the realestate business and will refer AQUA SPA to all othe other agents in our offiCE.....thanks aqua spa....RAY

They were flexible and fast. They were the first call back and very professional. Spa is working great.

Lat to the job.quoted 8am service call and arrived at 930am after 2different calls stating they would be late. Time is money so being late costs customers time and money as well. Repair was fixed promptly but I never received the promised bill via email that the service man promised. Kind of shady to right down a credit card and then never give a copy to customer.

Aqua Spa came out faster than expeted to look at what needed to be done. They did a great job and I would recommend them and would also use them in the future if needed.

Service call was a little pricey just to determine that yes there was a leak...
