Very helpful company. Did the work a couple of days earlier than originally promised.

He called back right away and he was very helpful with tips over the phone, Then when we determined that all we needed was to have it cleaned they were here in a couple days. On time and did a great job.

Had another company come out initially and they told me both motors went out and would cost $1500 to replace them. wasn't sold on both motors going out at the same time so scheduled an appointment with Aqua spa and pool. Glad I did, as within 15 min.. he determined that it was a loose fuse holder and fixed it . cost nothing more than a service call. Saved $1500. Don't bother calling the others as the were timely, courteous, and efficient.

They arrived at my appointment on time and fixed my issues within the service call amount. Also showed me how to fix this in the future.

They came out in just a day or two after initial contact. They worked diligently and efficiently in that first hour diagnosing the problem. The part needed had to be ordered. that turn around time was quick. When they came back and started to dismantle the valve fromt he top of the tub they found it was a simple gasket. Rather than hding that fact and replacing the valve, they showed me the problem and gave me the option of replacing the valve anyway or replacing the rubber o-ring. I said lets give the o-ring replace a try and filler up. he did and after the refill we fired it up. NO LEAK!. Thank you Aqua Spa for saving me some money. You are my go to company for spa repair!

After going on-line and using Home Advisor, I was contacted by Aqua Pool and Spa, LLC. The tech called me before anyone else was ever in the office and told me that someone would contact me that day. Within about 30 minutes I was contacted, discussed my issues and I scheduled the appointment. I met the tech, Ed, and he diagnosed the issue and told me the approximate costs involved. I was contacted by Jennifer that day, told the cost, and scheduled the repair for the next week. From beginning to end, the best customer service experience ever!! Kudos and call this company!!!!!!

I found the experience to be overwhelmingly positive from start to finish. My request was answered immediately and Jennifer was polite, professional, and provided a wealth of information over the phone. They cleaned my spa, did a diagnostic to ensure it was working, and fit it fora cover. Edward, the technician, was honest, hard working, on time, pleasant, and very knowledgeable. From phone call to completion, my project wrapped in one week's time!

Excellent customer service with appointment scheduling. Tech was right on time and worked quickly. Returned exactly as scheduled with additional parts. Definitely would hire again.

I wish the technician had spent a little more time checking things out. He was ready to leave in 15 minutes and I had to ask him to take off the panel and look at the equipment. I also thought he would be prepared to check and adjust the chemicals. After I asked, he checked the levels with my test strips.

I had Aqua Spa (Scottsdale AZ) come out to troubleshoot and repair my spa in May 2014. They scheduled the technician the next day and were very up front about the timing and costs. The tech worked very fast to identify the issue and make the repair. I am very impressed with the service and will use them again for any needs i have. I highly recommend this company.

Our spa needed a custom topside control and the delivery was delayed. Jennifer called us right away, apologized profusely and rescheduled our appointment for installation. That was VERY considerate of our time - not something common for businesses these days! When Edward came to install the part, he arrived on time! He was quick, efficient, pleasant and made sure everything worked before leaving. I don't think we could have asked for more or better. We will refer friends, relatives, everyone to them, without reservation!
