What I most like was that they were able to keep me informed of all work needed and how long it would take to get parts and complete all work without anyone being there. Just knowing that made me feel comfortable with everthing they did.

There were a few delays due to weather and availability of parts, but diagnosis was accurate and repair done well. Tub is working and up to temperature.

Company's communication is reliable and consistent. The employee serving the project was well-spoken, had good manners and knew what he was doing, I'll call this company for any future problems.

Spa repair

While they did show up later than promised on the day of repair, we were very satisfied with the work done and the repairmen who accomplished it. They were knowledgeable and explained everything that needed repair or replacing before they did it. The charges were fair for the work done. Our hot tub is back in working order after 10 years sitting dormant!

The tech came to the house as scheduled, the office informed me that he would be a little late which was appreciated. When I placed the order it was because the power switch was not working and the heater was not working which I indicated in the order and with the customer service rep. Tech came out and said I needed an electrician, I thought the two problem I indicated were electrical and if he could not handle that why set up the appointment? He didn't charge me anything, but now I need to find an electrician

I hired Aqua Spa to repair my hot tub. When we schedule the appointment, I wasn't told that the spa needed to be filled in order for the repair to be performed (I drained the water since the spa was not working and the appointment was scheduled 1 week out). So when the Tech arrived, we had to reschedule 3 day later (after I filled the tub). The tub was repaired properly during the rescheduled appointment.

Keith and his team were very responsive and polite. Our accounting department had made a payment error and Aqua Spa was quick to correct the problem and refund the overpaid funds. I highly recommend them to anyone.

The Customer Service Representative, Jennifer, was very responsive to my needs and did a great job getting things scheduled and ordered. The service guys, John and Ed, also did a great job. They all made the entire process easy for me and got my hot tub up and running very well after being idle for a few years (it came with the purchase of my home), they were very professional and personable. were quick to respond to request, good options, caught some problems (failed pump). Bought a cover for spa, no issues, went well. Hired to detail spa since was shutdown for a year or more, but left drain open on spa and flooded yard. Also did not know they were going to be there that day to fix (were fast, just did not get a call in advance), but caught it before a problem, simply topped off spa myself. Did catch a problem on the pump and fixed, very happy there, much quieter than old one. All in all, above average.
