I found Steve the representative who performed the work to be very thorough knowledgeable and pleasant. He was patient and educated me on the workings of the spa and was efficient. One of the owners of the business made a trip to my home when Steve needed parts to complete the job and was a pleasure to deal with. I definitely would recommend this company!

Very prompt but pricey

Steve did a fantastic job. Very professional. I couldn't be more satisfied. Also when I made the original call the front office was quick to respond.

There was no down side. Knows the equipment, honest and thorough. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. I won't be calling anyone else next time.

Repairman was very informative and knowledgeable.

These people are reliable, keeping their agreements and showing up on time. My problem was a non-functioning old spa heater. The technician told me a quick fix might or might not work. We tried. It didn't. Several days later they showed up with a brand new heater which now works perfectly. The original quick fix was a crap-shoot and they were quite honest about it which I appreciated. My investment in a try didn't work out but the subsequent replacement work was excellent.
