The company runs like a well oiled machine. Prompt, courteous and very responsive to any concerns you may have. Chris (the owner) should be very proud to have the quality of professional and productive employees he employs!

Chris came out the same day I called for assistance. I was under contract on my home and the inspector found that my spa was not heating up. Turned out that I had it on economy. Chris could have told me that I had a big problem, but he was honest. No repairs but still paid him for coming out. Nice and helpful. He is now working with the new owners. I gave this company a great referral and they like him too.

Quick response and repair!

Did a excellent job. They were timely and showed up on time. Left every thing neat and tidy.

The service arrived on time, went right to work. fixed the problem I was aware of and found another leak, he did not have the correct parts to fix the other leak. I fixed it from hardware store parts after he left.

Great service, the service Tec. knew exactly what needed to be done, as did I. they didn't try to sell me unnecessary parts or service. I have an 18yr old spa, they found the part needed and had it in two days, one of the owners came to install the new part. Spa is working great. I wouldn't waste my time calling any other Spa repair service. Aqua Spa is the only company I would use.

Excellent relationship

They got back to me promptly and we were able to schedule an appointment in a reasonably convenient time for us and the job was done quickly and well for a reasonable price. The tech seemed to know what he was doing and they were straight up front about all the possible scenarios that we might run into and possible cost of the repairs. I will keep them in mind in the future for any additional repairs on our spa that we need.
