Chris is very professional and answered all my questions. Repaired all leaks in hot tub and made sure there were no other problems. Requested that if I have any problems please give him a call. I did have a question after he left, so I called and Chris returned my call within 10 minutes and he answered my question. Now that is great service.

When I contacted home adviser, the Aqua Spa company responded immediately. Sue was very pleasant and professional. I was hesitant but made an appointment. They came out 2 days later as arranged. I received a call 45 minutes before appointment and said tech was enroute. He arrived on time, very professional, clean and courteous. Very small family run company. Chris, the co-owner, completed the work in 30 minutes and it was done correctly. I would highly recommended Aqua Spa for any work!!!

I spoke with Chris the owner. He sent Dave the following day. Response was on time. The part could not be located. It is an old system after all. Everyone was professional and courteous. Also no charge for their time. I will certainly keep Aqua Spa in mind if I ever need pool or spa services in the future.
