Sue was a friendly and accomodating appointment scheduler assistant. The tech was timely and knowlegable. he knew the problem before taking spa apart. He was in and out and didn't extend his service time to pad the bill. I will totally use them again for service and maintenance.

Chris was great. He worked his way up the chain of possible causes and fixed the heating problem without replacing the heater itself. I have an odd problem with filters and he worked to help me resolve it. Good company. They came the day after I called.

The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly and made the repair in less than an hour. Also, he was very courteous and polite, which is sometimes lacking these days, so that was much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this company and Dave to anyone.
