Aqua Spa and Pool was incredible to work with from the first phone call. Chris called within a minute of my submission request and had a technician out the very next morning. Dave showed up as scheduled, on time and was AWESOME to work with. He is very knowledgeable in his field and provides the customer with detailed information regarding their options. My husband and I were beyond impressed with everything! This will be our go to Spa repair place in the future and give the HIGHEST recommendation to this company.

Good fast honest service

Chris was great!!! We were on a wait list for over a year for another company where we placed an order, then, they went out of Business recently. We called Aqua Spa. They were here in a couple days took the measurements for the Hot Tub cover. Chris asked some questions. and promised the cover in 2-3 weeks. We did the half down, and got the call earlier than we expected to install the Hot Tub lid today 5/5/23. Excellent work . Very focused on his job, Friendly and personable. Work was done professionally and quickly. He explained everything before and after the work . The Quote was on target what he said it would be, and we will look to Aqua Spa in the future for any Hot tub work we need..... Do use this company! They are exceptional, in my experience..... I was extremely pleased with the Technician DAVE who came out to service and repair my spa in Sun City West. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to explain exactly what he was doing. He pointed out that the heater was leaking and had a replacement in the truck. He also pointed out the Ozonater wasn't functioning and replaced it and showed me what a difference it made. He was very honest and open about what he was doing and I will definitely ask for him again if I ever have a problem with my Hotspring Spa.
