Temperatures weren't maintaining, display lights were not working correctly. The tempswas a sensor issue...repaired in 25 minutes...call price $120 sensor price $89...$209.00 seemed steep. I could be wrong... Did not repair the read out lights as his estimated price was $200+ range. The service rep was very nice and professional.

Aqua spa came out, diagnosed the problem said I needed a new pump motor. They gave me an estimate, I put half down and was waiting for the part to come in, which was supposed to take a couple of days, and then the job was to be completed. A few days passed, I got a call from Aqua Spa saying they would no longer do the repair since this motor was "outside" and they wouldn't warranty it. They saw the conditions when they came out and agreed to the job and being outside (duh) has never been a problem before. They recommended a pool company that missed a few appointments finally came out yesterday but didnt even check things out despite access to the back being open as told to them. So I am almost a month out with no repair and back to square one. The only reason I give this company two stars is that they did refund my payment to them upon my request.

This Company has superb customer service! Chris, the owner called seconds after requested spa service on Home Advisors. Dave, the service tech, was very knowledgeable and responsive. Sue, the office manager responded quickly to every email I sent.

What a GREAT job they did. My spa is up and running. I got great service at a reasonable price. I will have Aqua Spa service my spa yearly from now on. Dave did all the work on my spa and he gladly answered my questions about chemicals and over all maintenance. They showed up on time. The office staff is courteous and helpful! I highly recommend Aqua Spa!

They were very fast to do the job. The worker was very friendly. I spent less than 1000 which I suppose is affordable. I needed a new pump. Very knowledgeable too.
