Really knows the ins and outs of hot tub. Gave us invaluable information for keeping our tub in top shape that the sales company and manufacturer's manual did not.

They called to see what I needed very friendly and he was able to answer my questions about a used spa . with the exchange of picture my problem was solved. At no cost

Very friendly service and quick response for service. They couldn t directly order the part for my La-Z-Boy hot tub, however, because that goes through a single dealer for that brand. I learned that after the fact, Unfortunatley.

Fairly quick response asked to replace all rubber seals on the plastic lids and repair leaking gaskets. They also tested out why my gfdi was tripping. F Found out the electric line needed replacing.

The owner himself showed up to do the job. Very attentive, double checked on what I needed to be done making sure I wasn't going to waste money. (Very refreshing). My yard was muddy, he stayed aware and asked to leave out the sidegate so not to get the house dirty, very thankful. Very positive and friendly will definitely use again if something comes up. Thanks Barry
