I called aqua spas for a hot tub slow leak. Also had a 2 stage pump inoperative. the tech was knowledgeable and friendly. He replaced the pump but could not find the slow leak. He explained it could be coming from anywhere as the water could travel to a different location. He left me a sealant to out in the tub. Unfortunately, it did not stop the leak. The tech came back to reinspect but still, now the leak was found, He explained that the only way to fix it would be to remove all the blown on insulation. He advised it would not be worth the price of repair. I was disappointed but not much we could do to fix it without spending a lot of money.

Very friendly, clean wore a mask and distanced all the time, He also pointed out several things we didn't know, and fixed, and was very courteuos and didn't overcharge. Very happy with the service.

The repair cost was a bit more then we expected only because other unseen repairs were needed. Chris was honest, he showed us the unexpected needed repairs, throughly explained the issue, then proceeded in making sure he gave us a fair cost.

Chris was super responsive and he and his office did a great job keeping us updated on the repair status. Back to enjoying our hot tub and knowing if we ever need service again, Aqua Spa will take care of us. Thank you!

they were very pleasant to deal with. They needed to back order some parts. Said it would take a few days. They called when they got the parts and came out that day and installed them. They Sent me pictures of the installation Turned the Spa on so it was ready when I got home later that day.
