Very pleased with the technician. Helpful, courteous, answered all my questions and gave me estimates for future needs.

Called with question about thermostats. Lady who answered was unable to answer and refused to have a tech call me. She was willing to schedule a visit but not help with what I assume was a 1 minute phone call that could have led to a job. Wow! Customer service not high on their priorities.

I am very impressed with AAA Cooling's degree of professionalism. Mark, our technician, was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He explained everything in great detail and provided a lot of written information. It was a great experience!

Very Pleased. Second service call in my annual contract. April air conditioner unit enhanced service package allowed my units to run more efficiently than they have in years and my electric bills showed that. William called ahead and arrived on time in November. went right to work and serviced each unit. very professional in his work and handled himself with a lot of poise and confidence. Enough conversation to let me know what he was doing and the results, but not overly social. cleaned up nicely. prepared paperwork, took my credit card and was on his way to next appointment.

Excellent from beginning to end. My a/c stopped blowing cold air late Friday evening. Around 7am, after calling two local a/c repair companies: #1 didn't answer; #2 never returned my voicemail message, I decided to do research through Angie's List and BBB. Both highly recommended AAA Cooling Specialists. When I called AAA, I reached a person! Within 10 minutes the technician called me to say he would be there within 45 minutes. Upon arriving, Mike explained his procedure, and then went outside to diagnose the problem. Within another 5 minutes, Mike returned to inform me that I needed only a part to restore service to the a/c unit. He told me what the charges would be, also offering an annual service plan, if I chose to do that. 15 minutes later, Mike had the a/c unit repaired, and was politely on his way. Uncomplicated, professional, polite, and reasonable! You can't ask for any more than that!!

Very professional. Reasonable priced. Hard working. It was almost 110 degree on the installation day and they spent almost 8 hours outside and in the attic to get the new system up and running. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Mark came out and was on time very friendly and professional. He did a thorough job and explained to me what he was doing every step of the way. He explained the unit was ok and didn't need any service at this time. He was very honest and forthright completely trustworthy.He even called another specialist to validate his findings. I would recommend Mark and AAA Cooling specialists to anyone. When a vendor is on time and explains what they are doing and they're conclusions and is honest; that is who I would go to again and recommend.

Learned about APS Advanced AC Tune up from APS web site as i was exploring ways to reduce my electricity bills. I always have my AC units serviced before summer, but i decide to have a more comprehensive look and i am glad i did. their service call for three units lasted about 4 hours and revealed that one unit needed two lbs of freon and two units needed coils cleaned. they added freon on the spot and scheduled time to return yesterday to clean coils. my units are 12 years old and needed a thorough inspection and service. i think they will now operate at peak capacity and efficiency for the summer even they are not the newest and most efficient units. I was very impressed with the caliber of the three different people i met. They were very professional in all respects.

Mark cleaned and checked the condenser unit and fan. When he went into the attic to check the rest of the system, he was greeted by wasps who made a home in our attic. I will contact my HOA to arrange to get rid of the critters. Mark will return to finish the work. To go the extra mile, Mark even waxed the outside unit to keep rust away. Mark was so pleasant and professional to deal with. The price shown below includes the rest of the job not done today and next fall's heating check.

Mike is very professional and thorough. He made some great recommendations, one of which I took and the other I decided to act on at another time. He was not pushily trying to sell me something. He explained all that he did and I feel confident that I was and will be well taken care of. I have their twice a year maintenance plan, so the cost is for two visits per year.

They made several recommendations. Scheduling the appointment was easy. The owner came out, which was nice, and he was here for around an hour. He was on time, professional, honest and friendly, and I didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me anything.

It went really well. Scheduling was very easy. They are a good company to work with. The only thing I didn’t like was that they were always trying to sell me things that I didn’t actually want.

It was good. They come out to service the unit, which is new to the market, and has a lot of bugs, but they have no problem coming out to service it. The only negative thing is that one of their employees (who no longer works there) was negligent which caused injury to my husband. They’re always on time, have neat and clean uniforms, and use booties in our home. The installation and price were good. I would recommend them.

The air conditioner at my rental property wasn't cooling, so I had an HVAC company inspect the unit. I was informed that it the condenser fan motor needed to be replaced, and quoted me a price of $700. I always get a second quote so I called AAA the next morning, informing them of the problem, asking for a quote over the phone, and for a technician to come asap as I didn't want my tenants to spend another night without a/c. AAA was able to send a technician out within 2 hours, and I got a much lower quote for the fan motor then from the previous HVAC company. In addition, I was able to use their 10% coupon, and pay over the phone, so I didn't need to be there and wait for the HVAC tech to finish. My tenants found the technician very professional and very knowledgeable, and were quite pleased with the service. I would highly recommend AAA, and use them again.

I would not hesitate to recommend AAA Cooling Specialists for AC repair or replacement. Phil our sales rep was very knowledgeable did a thorough job explaining our options. They are Trane certified and really know their products. I needed to replace both if my AC units and they did the job efficiently and ahead of schedule.

Their annual service plan, by my estimation, is a good deal. I am far to busy to worry about details - I just want home maintenance to be easy and problem free - for the past 3 years they have done just that - they come reliably twice per year and that is all i have to bother with it....

It went very well! They were there within 24 hours. They called to validate what they felt was the issue, and were correct. Work was completed immediately and price was exactly as discussed.

They were great. We went through three different companies to get reviews and AAA Cooling came back with an estimate of $3000 less for the same units as everybody else so we ended up going with them. That was roughly $4500 when everybody else was between $7000 and $9000. They were able to work with us, quite more than somebody else. In Arizona right now the last thing you want is for the air conditioner going out. I think the other companies kind of jack up their prices in this heat. So it is like buying a snow blower in January. You get them a lot cheaper in July. This particular company did not mark up too much. They are reliable, they said what they would do what they were going to do, when they did it which we think we found that with some of the others was not always the case. We think the pricing was definitely better.

They charged me $65 for the estimate, and I felt I shouldn't have been charged. That is why I never called them back. They said that they would not apply it to the job if I hired them.

It turned out wonderfully. They fixed the problems in the wiring.

We weren't really happy. I will not use them in the future.

Dean and Tim arrived promptly at 8:00 after a phone call fifteen minutes prior to their arrival to advise they were on their way. Dean quickly determined that the issue was a blown capacitor that needed to be replaced. The units are getting on (ten years old) and they are typically builder grade units so Dean suggested a maintenance contract and surge protectors. Given the age of the units, I agreed totally and he and Tim went to work. The job was done in just over two hours, the work site was clean and they took the time to explain what they had done. No one is ever happy to get an $1100 bill, but having your main AC unit shut down on a very hot (110F) weekend is not a good thing either. We had AAA do an inspection a year earlier - through SRP - and we were satisfied with the work then so we called them to do this job. The only reason the got a "good" on price is that I have no basis for comparison. Would certainly use them again and appreciate their promptness and professionalism. Kirk Hewett

I called them at the end of the day then they have somebody out the next morning which is great. The service rep that came out was professional. He was polite and he did a good job. He did an honest job. He didn't try to sell me a unit. He repaired what needed to be fixed and he finished the job in a short period of time. Overall they were good.
