Description of Work: AAA Cooling Specialists came out and fixed my home heating system. They arrived on time and fixed it in a timely manner. The technician was very thorough and competent and I would call the company again to repair my heater.

Description of Work: After interviewing eight A/C providers, I selected AAA Cooling Specialists from which to purchase a new HVAC system. Kurt Robert is the owner and is just terrific. He was very willing to answer all of my questions and did a great job explaining all of the features and options. Although his team arrived late (the high temp that day was to be 108 degrees and we had agreed upon a very early start time), they finished the installation within the time frame that was promised and were very thorough and professional. I highly recommend AAA Cooling Specialists.

Description of Work: My AC started blowing hot air when it should have been cooling. |Mike ( the technician ) came out and found some of the wiring had been chewed through ( most likely by pack rats ) . He replaced the wiring, and the AC worked as it should. I was given a time block of between 1 and 4 and Mike showed up just after 1. He was knowledgeable , professional , courteous and a pleasure to work with. I have no problem recommending AAA cooling and Mike in particular should you have any heating or cooling needs.

Description of Work: Replaced ac vents in my rental property and cleaned the AC system /got rid of mildew in ac.

Description of Work: I had used AAA once before for some hail damage and thought I would call them again for my annual maintenance. My initial appointment was for the day before but they got caught up with a repair and could not make it. Julie was very apologetic and said they could make it the next day. The next day Dave came and did the routine maintenance. He was the very professional and obviously knew what he was doing. He did the work and gave us some suggestions on what we can do in the future to prolong the life of our units. Although this was just a routine maintenance I would not hesitate using AAA again. I just had a good feeling about thiem and know they will do good work. The only thing that I would offer (and AAA is not alone in this regard) is the whole four hour window in which they said they would be there. I have never been able to figure that one out. VERY minor point though.
