Zach arrived on time, diagnosed the problem that I was having with the door, installed new rollers, adjusted the chain and cleaned up afterwards. He was very helpful in giving maintenance advice. Outstanding service.

Moved into a new house. One day later garage door opener went bad. Found "A Always Open Garage Doors" via Angie's List. Called and the owner Mark answered. Was thrilled that his son could come out same day. Went with advertised Angie's list deal of $449 all-in price for opener and installation. It's not the cheapest option but I can tell you that I had the same Liftmaster belt drive installed on all three garages of my last home and was very happy with the performance, durability and quiet operating sound. Showed up right on time. Very courteousness and professional. Did a clean, professional installation. Opener works great and is very quiet. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy and knew how everything worked etc. He swept out the garage cleaner than he found it and took all trash away. Will repeat when the opener for the other original garage openers go bad.

After a bad experience with another company in getting a fair and honest estimate, I turned to Mark and his team for a second opinion. From that point on, everything went well. They were great to work with, honest, and well priced. I appreciate the hard work they performed and how quickly it was completed.

We needed to head out to a birthday party and were "thrilled" to find the springs had gone our garage door. Considering this happened on a Saturday I wasn't sure if we could find someone in time to make the party but A Always Garage said they could be here in 1 hr. Sure enough 1 hr later they arrived, looked at the door and had it back up and running in about an hour after arriving. Parts for the do-it-yourselfer put the project at around $100 but with the time constraint and considering the promptness and professionalism I feel the price was well worth it.

Had a slight issue that an email wasn't sent by Angie's to the provider. I contacted them by phone and things after that couldn't have been better. Set up a time for the next day. He called to let me know when he was on his way. Work was done quickly and he was very pleasant and courteous. Swept the entire garage. He programmed my car's remote for me (thank goodness). We have used Always Open Garage Doors before. They have fixed our doors and replaced our garage door unit. This particular time I was leaving for an appointment and could not get out of my garage because my spring had snapped. In a panic, I called Mark Dalsoglio and he sent his son over within the hour. He diagnosed the problem and got right to work. He had my door fixed at a reasonable price in less than an hour. The company is a family run business and they always warranty their work. They are professional and dependable. I would recommend Always Open Garage Doors to anyone!

I could not have scripted a better experience! Our tenant alerted us to the broken garage door and the company had a representative out immediately to fix it. We had recently purchased the home and the garage door had not been serviced in a long time, so we opted to overhaul the rollers and make other minor repairs at the same time the springs were replaced. The representative was prompt, friendly, and did excellent work.

Somehow as I was driving into my garage, the door started to come down on the top of my small SUV--not sure if I did something wrong, or the electronic opener malfunctioned or what, but I ended up with bent panels on the door and the bottom edge pretty mangled. The door was stuck open all night and I figured on a new door and the price of an emergency service call. I looked for recommended providers on Angie's list and made note of 3 to call. Always Open was the first I called, and I'm glad I did. This is a father and sons business, and one of the sons, Zach, was not too far from my house when I called, so his dad sent him right over. Zach showed up within the hour, and examined both the door and the motor. He was concerned that the motor, which is 11 years old, had malfunctioned. But he not only checked it all out, he was able to bang out the door and straighten the bottom rail and rubber seal so you would never know it was dented and bent. He also suggested replacing the door rollers, which he did, and in another hour (two hours from call to completion!) my door worked better than it ever has. He also fixed up my outside key pad which had been acting oddly. I may still have to replace that old motor, but not for a while yet. I was so pleased i called the company back again to tell them how satisfied I was. Zach WAS: professional, courteous, quick, thoughtful, neat, careful, and went above and beyond to help me. He did NOT try to sell me a new door, a new motor, scare me into an expensive repair, or charge an excessive amount for an "emergency." What a great experience with a situation where I was sure I would end up being ripped off. Recommend them HIGHLY!

The service tech arrived exactly within the 2 hour time slot we were quoted. He was able to diagnose that the switch did have to be replaced. Due to the very minor cost of the replacement he did not charge us for the switch or the labor. It is so hard to find anyone these days that is willing to help out without getting something in return. I would highly recommend using this company. This is the second time we have used them and I will use them for any future needs. I will also refer my friends to this company.

I called at 1:30 after my garage door went off the tracks and would not close. They where to come between 3 and 5. Zack showed up at 3:15. He suggested that I change the rollers as some of the bearings where worn and the door was making a loud noise. He finished in less than an hour and even swept the garage floor. No muss no fuss. I would definitely call them if anything is wrong with my garage door.

I phoned A Always Open Garage doors early this morning before business hours. My call was returned promptly and I spoke with Zach. I explained my problem and he was able to make an appointment to come out to my house late this afternoon. He called me to let me know he was on his way, and he arrived just when I expected him. Zach was professional, courteous and polite. He performed the tune-up and lube quickly and efficiently and he did a very good job. I was very pleased with this provider and I would highly recommend them. I would also use them again.

Zack, the tech was terrific. I called at 1 PM because we had a accident and backed into the side of the open garage and bent the frame. Zack arrived at 5PM ( exactly as I was told) and got to work. He was personable and proffessional. He replaced the bent bracket and lubed everything and examined the roller wheels which were at least 10 years old and recommended replacing them. I concurred and he was quick and efficient. Zack explained proper door mainenance and we even had a neighbor come by with an issue that he talked then through with no cost. I was very impressed with his service and how well he cleaned up from the job, and even cleaned the touch pad thing. I got his name from Angies list and see why so many had good experience with them. He gave a Angies list discount also. It is clearly maybe the best experience I have had with an Angie's list company in all my years ( 9) with the list. I would not hesitate to to use Zack again and recommend this firm to anyone.. A wonderful experience on what could have been a disaster.

The tech moved and adjusted the sensors and affixed them better to the track. He tested them and explained what he had done and why. Great service!

He was friendly but very professional and didn't slow down a bit while we chatted. He gave pricing upfront and what had happened and how he would fix it. I was made to feel totally comfortable with his skills, experience and honesty. My garage door now works quieter and better than before. I was completely satisfied.

Dan did the work. This young man is the owner's son. He's totally experienced, did a bang up job and cleaned up everything. Both springs on our garage door were replaced along with the wheels (they were worn) guiding the door in their track. Dan corrected the cfl socket on one side of the garage motor cover so that the bulb now lights up. He explained why its operation was off and on and everything else he did. It was impressive to watch this experienced person do his job. I would highly recommend Dan for garage door repair you may need.

One of the springs on my garage door broke on Friday evening. I called Mark at A Always Open at 8:15 on Saturday morning. He indicated that his son Dan would be out between noon and 2PM. Unbelievably he arrived exactly at noon - I don't think that this has ever happened with a repair service before. Dan was very pleasant and courteous, explained in detail what needed to be done and how long it would take and provided the exact cost. He also suggested (with no pressure) that I replace the metal roller wheels with fiberglass wheels, indicating that they would cut the noise of the door considerably. I agreed and it was the best $60 I ever spent. Overall their prices seemed very reasonable compared to others that I saw quoted on Angie's List reviews. I was extremely pleased with their service and would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.

We replaced 2 older openers with newer models. Everything went perfectly and would highly recommend this family owned company.

When my wife had an "incident" on our 16x8' garage door on a Friday afternoon, we looked online and found Always Open Garage Doors. Dan promptly answered our call, and arrived at our home before the scheduled time. He was very courteous and professional, and fixed the main garage door and made it look and work better than we've ever seen it. We were so impressed that we asked him to look at our 8x8' door. He did his magic on that door, and I watched him closely. It was clear to me that he knew his craft and was very experienced. He moved with fluidity and knew how to work with his tools as if they were natural extensions of his hands. He made short work on that door, and it's amazing to see and hear the difference on our garage doors. It may seem expensive, but for the work ethic and expertise I saw and experienced, it was worth every penny. We ended up tipping him for working so late into the evening, being so prompt, and doing an incredible job on our doors. He was open to teaching me how to maintain our doors, and shared the secrets of his craft while I watched. It was a breath of fresh air to have a company that is so dedicated to prompt and courteous service. It was clearly evident that he took pride in his work. Oh, and he cleaned up after himself at the end also. Just amazingly good work.

My garage door controls were acting very crazy. I phoned to set up a service call. When asked what was going on, the man asked me to check to see if there was anything blocking one of the sensors. There was, and I moved it. Problem solved. No charge. I rate them at the top for complete integrity and expertise.

We called in the afternoon and got an appointment for sometime after 8pm that evening. Zach finished the job in an hour and then told us the fix for straightening out the door by replacing a strut worked better than he thought it would! He was very pleased with his work! He also banged the dent back into place but explained that the tension of the strut would pull it back into alignment. My husband is DIY all the way and frugal, but we realized we needed a professional. Because he's interested in repairs, he observed Zach the whole time, and when the job was done said it was worth it. We were in a bind about to leave on vacation and our garage door broke. It was the day before the 4th of July holiday and Always Open Garage Doors came out that night. The guy was professional, courteous, knowledgable and diagnosed the problem immediately. It seemed expensive, but not really sure what the going rate is for tortion springs.
