1st Priority Inspections

We ended up working with Tim on three different occasions during our house hunt, so we feel more than qualified to rate the service. After our first inspection with Tim, we saw how professional and thorough he was as an inspector. The first and second home we put an offer in on, turned out to be complete money pits with tens of thousands of dollars of hidden issues. Tim was able to identify and bring to our attention issues ranging from pipping, air conditioning units, roofing, leaks, pest control, etc. The issues Tim uncovered ranged from major to minor ones and even some helpful tips on avoiding hazards and issues to monitor to prevent them from getting bigger. Availability to get the service done was fantastic with Tim and he offers more than just a basic home inspection. The basic home inspection runs around $305.00 USD and depending on your needs or situation you may want to do the add ons like termite, pool/spa or radon (but those are an additional cost; however we did receive some discounts for being repeat customers). We do recommend doing the radon inspection before buying, especially when you are buying a vacant property where the numbers will be most accurate. We received reports the same day, so very quick turn around and Tim is always available and able to provide clarification and answers to any questions you might have. Reports were easy to read with great formatting and pictures. Tim has been a wealth of information in our house hunt and has saved us from getting stuck with the wrong home, we are sure glad we found such an amazing house inspector! We would definitely use 1st Priority Inspectors again - in fact, we did, 3 times in total!

He completed his work, we sat down and went over his findings, and he emailed a detailed report all in the same day! He is really responsive in getting emails answered quickly, because we all know how time is valued in real estate transactions.
