I contacted Leonel and he responded immediately. The whole job was done quickly and efficiently, within 2-3 weeks. Leonel came out to my home, and he measured within 15 minutes, and gave me a very fair quote. I gave him 50% down, and I went to the tile company and picked out my slabs. The fabricator picked them up and came to get exact measurements for the countertops. All were then installed within two weeks. We have had XLT construction do 3 big projects on our home and have been very satisfied with the quality of work and service from this company. The last project was the remodeling of our shower in the master bathroom. I didn't want tile or a lot of grout to need to take care of and after consulting with XLT Construction, they informed us they could install full slabs of a product that were sealed and had a marble stone finish. The master bathroom shower is average size and in a tight space but they were able to install it as planned. The marble goes from the floor to the top of the wall. They used marble tile pieces to trim around the slabs. The shower pan is also tile. The shower pan is the one inch square tile with marble trim on the outside of the base of the shower. They installed a shampoo caddy, a soap dish and a small seat in our shower as well as the shower components. Although the space is small, this did not leave it feeling too crowded. We also had two can lights and new vent installed, and complete painting of the bathroom. They do exactly as you ask so have a good design and plan that may need to be changed. We had to make a change to our original plan, and believed it worked out to be equal or better to what we originally had. We were going to have the shampoo caddy on center wall but had brick behind the wall so we needed to relocate it to the end which has worked really well in looks and ease of reaching while shower and water does not spray that area. We now have an easy to care for shower that looks elegant. The workers were prompt, skilled, professional and were trackless in the clean up. I gave a B for price because I only had one other bid that was for 15k and the materials were not an equal comparison, they did not offer real stone/marble and it included a fiberglass shower pan. We didn't have a comparison for the same material and we purchased the shower components, lights, vent and paint outside of the $7650.00. The glass shower door is an additional $1450.00

Job was completed when should and was done nicely. They listen to my suggestions and were happy to fallow my ideas. I like the way my counter tops looks and I love my steam shower.

They did high quality, top-notch work. Their price was incredibly reasonable, and I’m was very happy with their service.

XLT was on time and very professional in providing the initial estimate. A couple weeks later, we decided to go with them as the quoted price was far below any of the other companies we received estimates from AND their product seemed superior. We had to reschedule the actual job due to weather, but once they came out, they worked over the weekend and turned a three day job into a two day. I am very happy with the overall job, the main foreman was extremely nice and took time explaining things and monitoring the progress/quality. When it was all said and done with, even though they were short shingles than what was originally expected, they maintained the original quoted price. Overall, very satisfied.

They were able to get the job done in 24 hours. Afterwards there were some loose shingles & the owner personally came back and fixed it the next day. He gave me a 5 year warranty and he had the best price I had seen.

They did a good job. They did a really good job of taking off the old roof and putting the new roof on. I would use them again.

These guys were prompt, followed through what they said they were going to do, and they were very clean. They were very professional and were in charge of everything. They had a crew of 11 who did it in a day and a half. I give them high ratings. They did a good job.
